Industrial Silicon Carbide SiC Bonded Si3N4 Silicon Nitride Riser Tube

Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) bonded silicon carbide (SiC) material is a new type of

advanced refractory materials. Compared with silicon carbide product, the product has characteristics of small thermal expansion, high thermal conductivity, not easy to have

thermal stress, good thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, extreme cold or heat,

oxidation, high temperature creep resistant ability and easily made into products with high dimensional accuracy requirements in line. Silicon nitride combined silicon carbide products

have very high strength for normal atmospheric temperature, and it remains almost the same

time with the strength and hardness at high temperature 1200-1400C. with the difference of

using atmosphere, the maximum safe operating temperature could reach 1650-1750C.

Q:What are fire resistant level standards of class A fire resistant door?
Grade standards: class A fire resistant door is an important part of fire-fighting apparatus, and an important step in the social fireproof work. The quality and use of class A fire resistant door is closely related to the success or failure of the fireproof work.. There are steel and wood for class A fire resistant door materials. Only those whose fire endurance is no less than 1.5h can be called class A fire resistant door. In general, the class A fire resistant door internal material is perlite, and still some are vermiculite fireproof board, foam core board, MCcomposite materials, and other fireproofing materials. The thickness of class A fire resistant door is usually 50mm. In places where there is strict requirements for fireproof performance, class A fire resistant door is often installed.
Q:What are the requirements of the performances of brasque refractory?
Physical properties of refractories include structural property, thermal property, mechanical property, usability and operation property. Structural properties of refractories include porosity, bulk density, water absorption, air permeability, pore size distribution,etc.. Refractory thermal properties include thermal conductivity, thermal expansion coefficient, specific heat, heat capacity, thermal diffusivity, thermal emissivity. Mechanical properties of refractories include compression strength, tensile strength, breaking strength, torsional strength, shear strength, impact strength, abrasion resistance, creep property, bonding strength, elasticity modulus. usabilities of refractories include refractoriness, refractoriness under load, reheating linear change, thermal shock resistance, slag resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance to CO, conductivity, oxidation resistance, etc.. Operation properties of refractory include consistence, slump, fluidity, plasticity, cohesiveness, resilience, coagulability and hardenability, etc. I hope you can solve the problem with my answer.
Q:Who knows about the types of Dalian thermal insulating and refractory materials?
There are mainly following types: rock wool series, rubber and plastic series, glass wool series, mesh series, ventilation series, mortar series, extruded sheet series, geothermal series, insulation supporting pin series, glass silk cloth series. I hope my answer can help you.
Q:Who knows the fire endurance of B-level fireproof doors and windows?
B-grade fireproof windows refer to those fireproof windows whose fire retardant limit is not less than 1 hour. Technical requirements: I. Materials and Accessories (1) Window frame should have a certain strength to ensure the integrity and stability of the steel frame or the wood frame. (2) Steel frame and mound layer can employ galvanized steel sheet or stainless steel plate. Its selection criteria should be in line with the stipulation of the Article 5.1 of GB12955 "General Technical Requirements of Steel Fireproof Doors". (3) The selection standard of wood frame and mound layer should be in line with the provision of Article 5.1.1 of GB14101 "General Technical Requirements of Wooden Fireproof Doors". (4) Filling materials inside steel frame and wood frame should be non-combustible materials.
Q:which kind of refractory is commonly used in the industry
Like silicon, magnesium calcium and metallurgy refractories, glass, silicon, etc., knowing the basic materials, and the businesses are not the same. I suggest that you can buy the refractory book to read.. Others include zircon, shapeless refractory material and so many other cement, such as magnesia, high alumina,ect.. Iron making is using the acidity material, continuous casting is using the clay, nonferrous metals and other types of more complex hot-press charcoal; steel making is using the alkaline, magnesium chrome, magnesium carbon, and clay,etc..
Q:What are grades of refractory materials?
Refractories have lots of varieties which all have different purposes. It is necessary to classify refractories scientifically in order to scientifically study, choose and manage them. Classification methods of refractories include chemical properties classification, chemical composition of mineral classification, manufacturing technique classification, morphology of the material classification. 1 divided according to the level of refractoriness: ordinary refractory materials: 1580 ℃ ~ 1770 ℃, advanced refractories: 1770 ℃ ~ 2000 ℃ and super refractories: above 2000 ℃ 2, divided in accordance with shapes and sizes : Standard ones: 230mm × 113mm × 65mm, no more than four ruler.
Q:The performance of refractory material
As for easticity modulus, you can serach for information on the Internet or specialized books.
Q:Could you tell me how does fire protection standard of decorative material is divided?
Level of fire prevention materials: A grade: non-combustibility building material, almost without burning materials. A1 level: non-combustible, no flame A2, non-combustible, to measure smoke, to be qualified. B1 level: flame retardant building materials: flame retardant materials has good flame retardant effect. It is uneasy to burn when encountering open fire in the air or under high temperature and is not easy to quickly spread, and when the fire source move, it will stop burning immediately. B2 level: combustibility building materials: combustibility materials has good flame retardant effect. It will immediately burst into flames when encountering open fire in the air or under high temperature. It easily leads to the spread of fire, such as timber, wooden frame, wooden beams and wooden stairs. B3 level: flammable building materials, without any flame retardant effect, easy to burn, and with a very high fire risk.
Q:Are there any differences between insulation and refractory materials ?
Refractory materials can resist more than 1200 degrees, some of which are not insulation materials, such as firebricks, which can directly contact with heat source, has little insulation effect. Ceramic fiber, high silica, etc. are all refractory materials which can insulate. Insulation materials with poor performance usually is lower than 800 degrees, which have large thermal resistance, and low thermal conductivity, high porosity. Thus they reduce the thermal loss. To put it simply, insulation materials store most of the heat and only let a small part of heat lose through the air, thus the heat has been isolated. Glass fiber, rock wool, flexible material for thermal insulation, etc.
Q:Kinds of refractory mortar
It needs no heating when hardened. There are two kinds of refractory mortar, the finished products and semi-finished products. Clinker is compounded in proportion according to the hardening temperature. (3) Chemical bonding refractory mortar is made from refractory aggregate and chemical binders (inorganic, high alumina refractory mortar). After this refractory mortar with thermal hardness is hardened, it has some contraction. Ther is a wide variety of refractories used on the constrcuction sites: // a, Advanced refractories (1770 ~ 2000 ℃) and AAA level refractories (2000 ℃ above). It can only be delivered in dry state. Air hardening refractory mortar is often compounded air hardening binders such as sodium silicate. It will harden below ceramic bonding temperature. According to different binding agents.
