Industrial Silicon Carbide SiC Bonded Si3N4 Silicon Nitride Riser Tube

Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) bonded silicon carbide (SiC) material is a new type of

advanced refractory materials. Compared with silicon carbide product, the product has characteristics of small thermal expansion, high thermal conductivity, not easy to have

thermal stress, good thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, extreme cold or heat,

oxidation, high temperature creep resistant ability and easily made into products with high dimensional accuracy requirements in line. Silicon nitride combined silicon carbide products

have very high strength for normal atmospheric temperature, and it remains almost the same

time with the strength and hardness at high temperature 1200-1400C. with the difference of

using atmosphere, the maximum safe operating temperature could reach 1650-1750C.

Q:I want to know what is the slim in the refractory bricks
Where are you from, I can introduce to you
Q:What kinds of fireproof and fire retardant materials are there?
general classification of fire retardant materials will use A, B in the home improvement supplies. A has the best flame resistance, followed by B.
Q:What is refractory?
Refractory materials are widely used in metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, chemical industry, petroleum, power and other industrial fields. It is an inorganic nonmetallic material mostly used in metallurgical industry with the minimum refractoriness of 1580 ℃, able to resist high temperature without softening (annealing). It accounts for 50% to 60% in total output. Refractoriness refers to refractory's ability to resist fire.
Q:I wanna ask about the thermal insulation material fire resistant level?
The inorganic glass wool, rock wool and foam glass. Organic: The best is the phenolic foam, phenolic foam composite cement layer is level A.
Q:How to make use of waste refractory materials whose main elements are alumina and mullite?
Crushing and pressing refractory bricks, or refractory parts . Such as welding positioner tracks use disposable tools.
Q:Which kind of external wall fire barrier zone material is better?
The following types are: rock wool, aerated concrete, phenolic aldehyde and foam cement rock wool fire barrier zone "rock wool board" mainly uses water-repelling rock wool board produced by pendulum method as thermal insulation layer materia, and connecting and fixing base wall by binding and nail bonding, it is composed level A non-combustible building energy efficiency thermal insulation system by plastering layer composed by plastering mortar and glass fiber mesh and decorative mortar finishing layer or coating. Good air permeability
Q:What are the standards of refractory concrete ?
Heat-resistant concrete refers to the kind of concrete which remain undamaged, do not lose the necessary bearing capacity at 200 ~ 1300 ℃ high temperature for long term, and still maintain its physical and mechanical properties.
Q:How to apply the alumina powder on refractories?
What kind of the refractories can make the aluminium oxide increase the aluminum content and specific gravity, and erosion-resistant.
Q:Introduction to refractory material
Refractory material refers to inorganic non-metallic materials with refractoriness of no less than 1580℃. Refractoriness refers to the centigrade temperature of refractory cone sample in the case of no load when resisting high temperature without softening. But the refractoriness alone cannot descript the refractory material, thus 1580℃ is not absolute. Now refractory material is defined as material used in high temperature allowed by its chemical properties. Refractory material is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, machinery manufacturing, silicate and power industrial area, of which the application in metallurgy accounts for the largest part of 50% ~ 60% of total output.
Q:Who knows how many kinds of fireproof insulation materials are there in the market?
Portland cement, insulation stone, calcium powder and platycodon grandiflorum are the main raw materials of inorganic active insulation materials. Advanced manufacturing techniques and chemical Technologies have been used to conduct many tests, thus the close-celled inorganic active insulation materials are successfully developed. Products have advantages of fire-resistance, small deformation coefficient, aging-resistance, stable performance, environmentally-friendly, and good compatibility with rendering coating and subtractive wall, security, stability, and also have a life as long as the building itself. Good fireproofness: The materials of fireproof insulation board are inorganic (cement) which has A1-level fire-resistance, are non-combustible materials, and good at resisting fire. I hope my answer can help you.
