Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate powder contain 5%, 10%, 18% three different ingredient, (light) brown power. Because of its stable performance, non-poisonous, odorless, non-flammable, non-corrosive to steel bars and much better than Sodium Lignosulphonate and Calcium Lignosulphonate series product, it is more and more popular in construction industry. The main properties is high-efficient water reducing, increasing cement paste fluidity, and improving concrete strength etc.

Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde  Features:

1. The concrete strength and slump in substantially the same, can reduce the amount of cement 10-25%.

Addition Rates 
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde can be added directly or added in after melt. It can be added during mixing and after-mixing. The afterward approach can achieve better result. The suggested addition rate is 0.75%. 
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde Direction 
Prepare solutions as required. 
Direct use of powdery agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water moisturization (water-cement ratio: 60%). 
The agent can be combined with other externally applied agents if pilot development or laboratory experiment succeeds.
