Q:Press Release Question in Respect to Businesses?
Only trade publications would consider publishing any of those stories. None of them, however, have any news value making them worthy of being mentioned in the media. You need to create a spin for each story to make it attractive to any publisher. If it's an in-house newsletter, all those stories are okay.
Q:Will US Customs Press Charges?
You are a slippery dud: What they call steroids? They were steroids. At least have the backbone to admit you were smuggling steroids across the border. They may or may not press charges. If they incarcerated every bonehead they caught with 2 bottles of nut shrinker they would have to build two new jails a week. You will be fined and probably harassed but they may take pity on the penal system and let you slide without jail time. Next time you decide to have one of your knucklehead adventures, don't try to slip one by the US Customs Service. They are smarter than you and probably stronger with all your steroid use. I take some very powerful drugs that are needed to treat a condition. When i travel, I always carry a letter from my doctor stating not only that i have these things legally but the exact nature of the condition I am taking them for. By doing things legally, I cross borders all the time and often, the same people see me the second time. They STILL ask for proof. Customs has a job to do and they do it well ... most of the time.
Q:concerning reloading presses do you prefer ones that primes on or off the press?
This is a GOOD press and you won't be dissatisfied with it in any way. Personally, I prefer to prime my brass using an RCBS hand primer. It just gives me a better feel for seating the primer properly. After tumbling, cleaning, resizing and de-priming my brass, I just put it into a small plastic bucket. Then while I am watching TV, I sit there and prime my brass and drop it into another bucket. When I am ready to reload, my brass is primed and ready to go. Some folks like to prime on the press as they are relolading but it just adds one more thing that you have to do when reloading. Since the hand primer is not cheap (about $40 to $50) you ought to see if one of your buddies has one that they will let you try out before you buy.
Q:How can I press a dry, rose bud without damaging it?
I have had success by using wax paper. Put the rose between two sheets of wax paper and either put it in a press or under several heavy books.
Q:how much can you leg press?
I'm 5'8, 51 and I leg press 300 lbs in 3 sets of 21's. My avatar was taken in Nov 2009 and I weigh about 20 lbs less now. I'm also getting my credentials to be a personal fitness trainer.I do 5 1 hr sessions a week on my elliptical and 30 minutes on Sat or Sun along with 3 full body weight-training/sculpting/conditioning session.
Q:Bench Press Advice.....?
How are likely to be you working on your bench? in case you're specializing in it too plenty, you won't be permitting sufficient time to your muscle tissue to get well in between workouts. you in all hazard should not be working any muscle group better than 2, perhaps 3, cases a week. outdoors of that, in basic terms shop including weight, making use of two a million/2 pound plates, little via little. additionally paintings on chest workouts outdoors of the bench (flyes, incline/decline bench) to get extra factors of the chest geared up up. you additionally can use dumbbell chest presses just to mixture it up some and get some extra variety interior the work out. desire that facilitates!
Q:what workouts can i do to increase my max bench press quickly?
Build Ripped Muscle Fast
Q:What do you use the permanent press wash machine cycle for?
No, neither is a gentle cycle. If it saysgentle on the tag and wasn't lingerie, I would put them on a short permanent press cycle.
Q:bench press and hand placement?
i put my thumbs where the smoothe is
Q:Is there anything I can do besides bench presses?
Also, people have a lot of luck with weighted push-ups. The most popular way I have seen them done is with large chains that they drape over their backs. I can imagine a nice heavy weighted vest would work well too. You can probably find those at *****' Sporting Goods or Wal-Mart. The only other thing that would be a reasonable alternative that I can think of would be doing dumbbell flies. They don't hit the triceps, really, but you could follow them up with tricep kick backs or any other form of tricep isolation Hope this helped, Pat
