This machine is used for plastic forming of SMC products. It is used in automobile part making, architectural material making, electronic part making etc.

The permitted working temperature is: -5～45℃；relative humanity ≤90%；water pressure: 0.3～0.5Mpa；power supply 380V 60Hz, tolerance 380V±10%.

1.     Use main pump from Beijing Huade, proportional pump use Oilgear pump.

2.     Max. oil pressure of the main pump is 25Mpa, Under normal working condition the oil pressure is about 25Mpa.

3.     The plug-in valve is easy for disassemble and maintenance, set sufficient pressure testing points to monitor oil pressure, then if pressure at these positions changes it is easy to see. This module is made by special company, it insures hydraulic unit runs clam and avoid high pressure.

4.     Prefill valve supplies enough flow to realize fast speed.

5.     Oil cooling circuit equips with oil control and temperature malfunction alarm.

1.    Emergency stop button: When abnormal situation happens, the operator can press emergency stop button to stop all the motors.

2.    Two units of floor mounted T stand stations with cables.

3.    Electric cabinet will be provided with all necessary electrical components.

4. Touch screen and PLC: This machine adopts touch screen and PLC to control all the actions and display the status of key parameters.
