- What you should do, is, do your normal workout... Aim for 2 more reps on your last set, but just do as many as you can. If you get them, then go up 5 lbs. total on that workout for the next week. Someone who weighs 145 lbs should be benching around 200. I weigh 140 and bench 230. In my lifting federation, the world record for high schoolers is 259 lbs. Another tip: Try doing pause reps. Touch your chest, hold it on your chest for 1-3 seconds, then press up. Do this on every rep. You don't have to pause on your last set, but if you don't go up, try doing this the next week. I have 3 bench press programs. If you want one of them, talk to me about it. And I do know what Im talking about, I hold the world record bench press at the 132 lb class. The record is 211 lbs.

- Usually the press officer would have journalism experience, yet not always. In small communities, the press officer is someone who wears different hats on the job, one of them is press officer. Best way to get into journalism is to freelance stories to weekly newspapers and build up a respectable portfolio of your writing, then try to move up to daily newspapers. Talent and brains are the requirements to get into the business, yet an abundance of talent will get you far into the profession. Better yet is to go to journalism school and work on the college newspaper.

- They do. Some heavy, mostly medium and light weights with high reps. Bench press builds muscle and that muscle becomes an armor that absorbs shocks from reverberating all through out the body. Long story short chest muscle is big. Think big armor and power to punch through. Pacquiao and Mayweather will probably do 200lbs easily.

- I got mine at the local grocery store for around 20 dollars. It is not the greatest machine but it does the trick. Maybe buy a cheaper one to see if it works for you, i'm sure you can spend a lot more than $20 on one.

- Looks like you got it. Although some people touch even with the nipples for both type of presses. Especially if you're doing it without a spotter.
