Q:I've been lifting for about 16 months now, im around 6'7 265.My bench press max about 6 weeks ago was around 235x1 and now im having trouble just doing 205 once. I lift 4 days a week(day 1 chest and day 4 arms). My chest is still getting stronger and size is increasing just not my weights. My leg strength is going up significantly compared to my chest. I eat pretty good 3 meals a day and take protein shakes, and drink lots of water while lifting. My chest routine is Bench press(x10,x8,6,4) and then incline (x10,x8,x6,x4), Dumbell flyes 4 sets until failure, 4 sets of dips until failure, shoulder press (x10,x8,x6,x4) Upright row(x14,x12,x10,x8), front raises(x14), laterials(x14, and then 4 sets of dips until failure. Any tips will be well taken.
Make sure you're eating enough so that your weight isn't going down. Don't bother with the dumbbell flys/upright rows/front raises/lateral raises as they will have no effect on your bench press, and as long as your bench press is going up then your mass in the chest/front shoulders/triceps will grow. Lower rep training will be more effective for gaining strength in the bench press, give 5x5 a try. Make sure you're attempting to increase the weight on your bench press every workout, and if you're stuck at the same weight then deload it and gradually build back up again to break through the plateau. Do pulling exercises as well as pushing exercises or your bench won't progress well and your shoulder health will be poor, make sure you're progressing on rows and chin-ups also.

yes I have it. It took a little practice to get the cookies to come out right and there's a lot of parts that needed to be cleaned when you're done baking. But it's fun and my nieces and nephews enjoy decorating the cute little cookies

I prefer loose powder for my oily skin, but pressed makes it easier for on the go. But yes you can use the powder! It will absorb up the oil (:
Q:If you bench press, is it the same as doing push ups?
Yes. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
Q:I want a SHEER drugstore pressed powder. I don't want anythingas heavy as powder foundation...I just want to touch up my face a little and keep it matte. Any recommendations?
Rimmel has a great pressed, but I can't remember the name. Also, Sonia Kashuk at Target has the best powder I have ever used. It's all I use now. It's loose powder with a powder puff, but it goes on so much better than pressed. You can't notice the make up once it's applied. I've been using my brightening powder for over a year now, and I still am.

generally speaking force some new adaption through accessory work - Joe's advice is decent but I will add the concept of adjusting the load by adjusting frequency. Consider a 5x5 linear progression on a barbell bench press for example - you can use this as an accessory still - but it will allow you to shift a heavier weight rather than go for the endurance/hypetrophy training of multiple sets of 8-10. It is generally acknowledged that 3 reps is for power (such as a power clean/olympic lifts) 5 is for strength training (like starting strength/ 5/3/1 / Stronglifts/texas method) and 8-12 is body builder/hypertrophy range. I like to ensure when I plateu that I consider all of these rep ranges to provide a new stimulus to the area. Some fundamental things to also consider: Diet - particularly increasing calories, to a lesser extent, ensure you have enough carbs to burn in the session - this is generally an issue for low-carbers though, not the general population (who already eat too many carbs). I hate these people who say drink 7 litres of water every 2 minutes or you will die! (ok, exaggerating :) but you know the type...) but I would say drink a small cup with every meal/decent snack you have (assuming you have about 6) Rest - if you noticed your sleep going from a nice 8 hours to a meagre 5 + 1/2 then you need to consider going to bed earlier.

Q:Will US Customs press charges against a Canadian?I was shipping some personal items (clothing, books, documents etc.) to the US through UPS from Canada and US Customs found a very small amount (only 2 pill bottles) of what they call steroids. I was told that the packages were returned to Sender (Sender being me) as a result. Will US Customs pursue this further? Will they press charges? What will more than likely happen? I am a Canadian citizen.
You are a slippery dud: What they call steroids? They were steroids. At least have the backbone to admit you were smuggling steroids across the border. They may or may not press charges. If they incarcerated every bonehead they caught with 2 bottles of nut shrinker they would have to build two new jails a week. You will be fined and probably harassed but they may take pity on the penal system and let you slide without jail time. Next time you decide to have one of your knucklehead adventures, don't try to slip one by the US Customs Service. They are smarter than you and probably stronger with all your steroid use. I take some very powerful drugs that are needed to treat a condition. When i travel, I always carry a letter from my doctor stating not only that i have these things legally but the exact nature of the condition I am taking them for. By doing things legally, I cross borders all the time and often, the same people see me the second time. They STILL ask for proof. Customs has a job to do and they do it well ... most of the time.
Q:Is it alright if I apply pressed powder or loose powder without using foundation/bb cream? Will it cover the pores and acne on my face?
No, pressed powder will not give you good coverage. The reason for pressed powder is to SET your foundation and give you a finished look. If you put pressed powder right on, it'll just fall off.
