Q:How do you cook a panini without a press?
If you have access to a brick then make sure you clean the brick first, and then wrap very carefully in aluminum foil. Place this on top of your sandwich.
Q:What are some examples of freedom of the press?
fox news, snowden, war correspondants. try to get pictures of things the press covers that ppl don't want to be seen. things that go against the government, or corporations. maybe you can get a picture of the amendment in the constitution that covers freedom of the press to tie it all together. I know you don't want it to say it outright, but...it is the origin...
Q:Bench Press difficulties?
Well first off it could be from any number of things, now you say you have been lifting for years so im sure you know that the tricep is the secondary muscle when benching, however depending on how wide your grip is, and what the position of your arms are at the bottom of the press can put more strain on muscles other than your chest and tris, therefore your biceps could be called in to the press, ask someone to watch you and when let them know when the pain starts, is most intense, and when it starts to go away throughout the rep. then try moving around your grip and and relying on stricter form and have them watch you again and see if the point of pain changes, lessens, or increases. None the less you should talk to a sports injury specialist, NOT YOUR GENERAL PHYSICIAN, nothing against them, but those that are in the sports medicine field study specifically that.
Q:Is the flat bench press a bad exercise?
When people ask how much you bench they mean flat bench so it's very popular in the gym
Q:Best garlic press?
I have a Zyliss that I like. It came w/ a little cleaner thingy to clean the holes out . But normally, I don't bother. I just mash the clvoe on a cutting board w/ a wide knife, then chop finely. Works for whatever a garlic press would be needed for.
Q:Press F1 to continue..?

Q:Back Pain Due to Dumbbell Shoulder Presses?
You may have used too much weight on the presses. Sometimes the body needs a rest. Are you doing these daily? You should not work the same muscle group every day. Alternate between days doing different workouts. I like to recommend the upper body work out every other day, and the lower body workouts the opposite to give the muscles a rest. Sometime when we are a little under the weather our body is telling us not to over do take it easy a day or so. Give it a couple days of rest before working out again. Sounds like a pulled muscle.
Q:Xbox conroller presses random?
you must have gotten it wet somehow. or, if it gets pressed too much or if something got caught in there, it'll stay in that position as if its being pressed. just buy a new one. i have an 'after glow' one for 30 dollars at walmart. or if you're too cheap: (i dont advise this AT ALL) but you can take out that button carefully make it where-as you have to literally touch the machinery button in the controller. [be careful if you do cuz if you mess up, you're SCREWED)
Q:meaning of 'Pressed about his role'?
pressed or pressured by the typical definition of his partys guidelines. since he is voting against something that his party would usually defend.
Q:why is it important to press seams in a certain direction when making quilts?
Usually, the seams can be treated in several ways and sometimes it's hard to know which to use though often can be corrected later, but seams are pressed in one direction or the other for several main reasons: 1...so they'll easily fit with other seams when joining two areas where the seams will join or overlap (for example, a row of blocks sewed to a row of blocks will have two seams meeting at the corners of all the blocks...generally then all the seams will have been pressed to one side for one row, but pressed in the opposition direction for the other row so that when joined, the seams from each row will nestle nicely into the other row 2...so a darker colored fabric won't show up around the edges of a lighter one if the seams are pressed toward the dark fabric 3...sometimes also to leave more hand-quilting room since seams are usually too thick to quilt through by hand Some people these days tend to just press all seams open to avoid having to decide, and assume there'll be enough quilting on their quilt to prevent too much stress on any individual seam. And if piecing by hand, which some people still do, the seams aren't actually sewed over so that all options will still be open by the time that seam needs to be sewed to another seam area.
