Technical features:

By the great effort, HUAYUAN has developed the first biomass boiler without grate. There are three kinds of hot water boilers as following:

Longxiao Series A: blue touchscreen control system, burning any biomass fuel without dark smoke.

Longxiao Series B: colorful touchscreen control system. motor frequency control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion procession. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Longxiao Series C: large colorful touchscreen control system. intelligent control system, internet control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Characteristics:

1. Different from tradition vertical boiler, any parts of boiler could be checked and repaired. Even the fire pipes in the boiler could be replaced without boiler disassembled.

2. HUAYUAN adopts world leading patent combustion system. Boilers without grate will need no more grate transporting to solve coked fuel burning problem.

3. High temperature in the hearth could be controlled to make sure that temperature is enough high to do biomass pyrolysis gasification and complete combustion. With specially designed

airflow spraying, tar will not be attached to the hearth after longtime combustion and pipes will not be blocked by the attached tar, it will do little effect on the boiler's efficiency after long time using, this is what users will neglect. Long-time energy saving is what matters.

4. As store is directly connected to the hearth, many biomass boilers catch fire easily. Applying anti-back fire structure and back-flow prevention device, so that only biomass fuel can be put into hearth, high temperature airflow can't flow into bunker. We are equipped with safety fire protection device, even when the back-flow prevention device fails, automatic monitoring feeding system will start to force high temperature into hearth. Boiler will stop working only after cleaning all the fuels.

5. Change the traditional boiler feeding way, decrease the feeding height of bunker, increase the capacity, reduce the labor strength.

Q:what is the operating principle of the watertube and firetube boiler?: A fire-tube boiler is a type of boiler in which hot gases from the fire pass through one or more tubes within the boiler. A water-tube boiler is a type of boiler in which water circulates in tubes heated externally by the fire.

Q:The boiler is leaking a sticky brown liquid out the top and there is a steady drip coming out the bottom of the boiler as well, Now i have to turn the water supply off in order to stop the leaking but there is still water in the actual boiler system???: The brown is rust.leak at top is prob over pressure valve.Bottom..if not coming from pipes that need replacing better have boiler checked.if pin holes from rust in bottom it is no longer safe under pressure.pipes and joints can be replaced or fixed if loose.A boiler that leaks from too much rust is potentially dangerous.Get a licensed plumber who has boiler experience to look at it.

Q:What is the problem with the boiler? The fire is burning great but the water temperature isn't going past 70°. Problem just had started day before yesterday. Any advice is welcome: The boiler is turning off too early. Have you sat with it until it did turn off and then measure the temperature? The setting might have changed, but who changed it is another thing to puzzle out. OR You have a water leak somewhere taking water out fast enough that the temperature never gets over 70 degrees.

Q:Hi.My Raven heat compi boiler has a really low water pressure its halfway between 0 and 1. I have heard it needs to be around 2.5How do I increase it? What would happen if I just left it.Also, I find its really really inconsistent with the heat. One minute its freezing the next I really think it hits boiling its so hot. Why is this?Thanks!: Underneath the boiler is a Filling Loop it is a flexible pipe which is connected to a 15mm (half inch pipe) and the other end is connected to a 22mm (three quarter inch ) pipe. On this loop is a tap or valve which you can open to allow more water into the boiler. Open it slowly until it is at 2.5 bar, then close it. Job done.The low pressure on your boiler was causing the erratic running.

Q:I'm wanting to buy or build a electric/wood fired water boiler to put in my in-floor heating system-any ideas?: I've got an outdoor, atmospheric pressure, wood fired unit; 500 gal. tank. Installed myself 15 years ago. Installed 2 copper pipe w/4 radiators under floor (no 'snake' tubing). Takes 1 full hopper of maple slab wood from the nearby mill, per day temp. is close to 70F all day, with NO COLD FEET! And it's been below 20F for 6 weeks; some nights -30F, but still toasty warm and no hotcold, hotcold fan induced cycles. Tips: make sure to get a commercial grade boiler 'conditioner' put that in the very first thing! It creates a layer or barrier on the inside of the entire system, preventing premature rust failure, especially inside the boiler jacket (unless you go with stainless: very $$$$). I rigged a small portable tire compressor (the cheap kind) with pipe fittings to hook into the finished pipe/radiator installation; then pressurized the whole works went around with a brush bottle of dish soap checking all solder joints for leaks (rather than fill with water, and having to drain down the entire system to fix a bad solder joint; this is called a 'static' test). Build your system with a dual voltage circulating pump systems right from the start: one 120VAC (house current; I bought a new Grondfus from WWGrainger) and one 12VDC for emergency backup (there will be times when you have no 'juice' to run the circ. pump, and if you don't, pipes will freeze outside, rendering the system useless). It takes a little thought about the bypass valve arrangement, but it's worth doing right from the git-go, especially in these uncertain times about the economy and all. 3-5 backup deep cycle batteries, charged with solar panels should do for short term needs. Q:Live in New England and have an existing boiler.I would like to be able to use both wood pellets and #2 oil depending on the price. Is there a way to convert so I can have the option. Company Names would be good!: the two technologies are completely differnent. you could hook up a hot water baseboard system in parallel ( DONT FORGET THE RELieF VALVES) because i had one and worked well. good luck

Q:I know this sounds stupid but I don't know how to put my heating on. My gas ran out so I topped it up and now I don't know how to make the heating and hot water come on. My partner always does this but he's just started working again so. Now I'm left with it and I don't know what to do. I'm going to my mums wedding in the afternoon and me and my son need baths. Aggghhh help please. My partner won't be home for hours.: on some boilers there is a row of 3 buttons. ignition,on,off. to relight it u would need to hold 'on' and press 'ignition' to get spark. if it lights u need to hold 'on' for about 10 secs to allow the thermocoupler to heat up. this in turn keeps teh gas on automatically ( otherwise u would have to stand there all day and hold the 'on' button ) or it could be something else

Q:I bought an electric egg boiler, which can boil upto 6 eggs at a time. The temperature at which it cooks those eggs is not mentioned.Is it safe? I mean, will it prevent salmonella poisoning? I will be eating hard boiled eggs not the runny ones.: The nice thing about cooking is that if the temp is not hot enough to cook the food...it's not going to at all. So if it can cook the egg to hard boiled, then it's managed to get the yolk to the 158 degree temp needed to firm the yolks. So if you can get a hard boiled egg out of that sucker...then it's done the job and heated the egg to the required temp.

Q:What is the boiler of the box: But all the pipe is not enough, the boiler bulky, complex structure, not all the tube of the medium - the amount of water absorption is almost the same, in fact, there are many places worse, in a certain position on the assembly box
