This burner is 698KW one.

Introduction:

Innovative product in China--biomass burner. Brand: HUAYUAN

Specification: 58~1395KW  Burner over 1395KW can be modularized.

The III generation biomass burner promoted in July 2014:

1. We use the casting modularized hearth. The boiler core is the only thing to be replaced in the post maintenance of burner. It is cheap and easy to change the modular fittings.

2. Generation III biomass burner adopts hyper heat-resistant casting material, replacing I and II generation material, which makes less cost and more stable performance.

3. The actual capacity of traditional burner is 70%, HUAYUAN marks authentic datas on the nameplates.

4.  HUAYUAN product has hyper-high temperature efficiency burnning tar and other harmful substance totally which will not be attached to the tubes to cause block.

5. The flame colour of HUAYUAN product combustion is white and blue, realizing clean combustion.

6. Solve the problem that no coking fuel could be used in the traditional burner. More biomass fuel could be applied.

7. One-button control system to set fire, feed bunker, and control temperature automatically.

8. Equipped with dust blower system, which could be cleaned after long-time usage. Different size of reducer adapter could be made according to customers' requirement.

9. Widely applied to high temperature required conditions as coal-fired, natural gas-fired and oil burning boiler reconstruction, as well as industrial drying painting.

Q:What is the full name of the CFB boiler?
CFB boiler is circulating fluidized bed boiler.
Q:what is the use of boiler in the engine room?
If the boiler is not used for main propulsion, it is normally used on ships to supply steam for various processes such as pumping, heating, cooling, cleaning and hot-water for the accommodation.
Q:types of boiler,boiler saftey standard,boiler instrumentation,boiler inter lock..?

Q:A community college is planning to destroy halls due to a boiler in roough shape. I don't know what the person means, but which is cheaper?
Have some one call King Coal, Bismarck, N.D. for an estimate.
Q:My home furnace is not working properly, i just replaced the thermocouple so now the pilot stays lit i turn it to run i set my temp at a low setting 1 degree or more above current temp just like it says on the manual....stays on for about 30 seconds then it turns off (burners and pilot) completely off. i redo all the steps again and again and still the same outcome...what else do i need to replace or do.
Is your boiler flue passages plugged? This will smother the burners and pilot out. A bad rollout can do this too. You need a qualified tech to check this out. And this is not a furnace it's a boiler!
Q:new thermal couple...last week i had noticed the damper (automatic) was in the closed position. i nudged it a bit and it opened and the boiler fired...needed to fix a radiator pipe and shut it down...now it won't fire. mounted on the boiler is..pilot unit (works) a control box when i turned on the circulating pump a grey switch inside moved. that no longer is the case...near that a small box with a red button (like a reset button) pushed it nothing happens...wires from the control box to round black unit that controls the damper automatically. i manually opened the damper....3 other boxes mounted to pipes controlled by thermostats...there is power to these..any help before i call in a professional would be appreciated
The button that you pushed is the reset for the flame safety that makes the boiler follow a start up procedure and looks at the fire to make sure it is on. The boiler should have some gas pressure switches on it that often go bad, check these. Also, the damper and other items need to be in the correct position to have the boiler purge and fire. The blower also has a pressure switch on it that is a permissive for firing. There is also a high temperature limit someplace on the unit too. If you are electrical type try to follow the schematic and see if you have power in the circuit. Turn everything off, power down and then turn the power back on and start through the start up sequence. Follow the schematic with testers to see which switch or whatever is bad.
Q:I have a Vokera combi boiler (excell SP 80) which is probably around 12 years old. Lately is has switched off for no apparent reason. Even though I have managed to switch it back on, what would you recommend to do : have it repaired or changed?Other question, when I asked for quotes to have it changed, the plumber told me that the gas pipe is too narrow and the gas pipes leading to the boiler need to be changed. This would entail major work, so my question is : shy should I have wider gas pipes fitted? Thanks in advance for all your answers
Vokera is a very unpopular make amongst those who's job it is to repair boilers, because they tend to be unreliable, difficult to work on needlessly complicated. If it were a more reliable make, I'd have no hesitation in advising you to have it fixed, however I'd be leaning towards replacing a 12 year old Vokera, because the older it gets, the more unreliable it will be. Modern combi boilers are more powerful, giving you a good powerful hot water delivery, but tend to require a 22mm gas supply pipe because of the additional power. There are some modern boilers however that are capable of running off a 15mm supply, but please don't get another Vokera!
Q:ive just had fitted a brand new 12/18 worcester external boiler fitted and it appears to be using alot of oil ie 500 litres in 30 days any advice appreciated
I have the same boiler (condensing) approx. 1 year old and I consumed 1034 litres in 8 weeks to end of January. Works out at ?275 a month which is extortionate! I thought this was very high, considering my house is not overly hot and half the rooms aren't even heated. Hot water is on 2 hours a day. So I had a heating engineer round and he suggested to turn the dial on the boiler to 'half' instead of max, (as advised by installation engineer). He also suggested to run the central heating on all-day setting instead of morning and night, as boiler works hard to get to temperature. We'll see, although a tad sceptical of this advice. I'm also turning main thermostat down to 18C from 20 to see if that helps. The boiler was fine so I'll probably have to live with it. It's not being stolen either. The usage in summer and autumn was about a quarter of what it is just now. Roll on spring! Would be grateful for any useful tips to control heating.
Q:The pilot light on my boiler has gone out. I read the instructions on how to light it, It tells me that the pressure gauge should be 0.7 minimum, mine is 0.6I’ve pressed in the button and then pressed the ignition button , the pilot light then lights but when I release the light just goes out again.I tried turning of the boiler altogether – the pressure gauge goes up past 1 but when I turn it back on again the pressure just goes back down to 0.6
you are supposed to hold the button down after you light the pilot for a minute then turn the knob to on position now after you did it right and it wont stay lit then you may have to replace the switch i found another switch for mine off of another water heater onside the road that some one threw away put it on mine worked like a charm the pilot light heats the thermal coupling
Q:I have a 30 to 40 year old furnace. The flames seem to be puffing out irradically in the burner. I'm not sure if that is dangerous. A family member who is pretty handy said it could be the gas control valve opening and closing in a flapping motion. Could that be it? Any help would be appreciated.
I am no expert, but your family member could be correct. If your boiler is vented to the outside it could also be backdrafting. Either way you have a potentialy dangerous situation. If flame is puffing out of your boiler it is also most likely sending carbon monoxide out into the living environment. THAT CAN KILL YOU! Since neither you nor I really know what we are talking about I suggest you bite the bullet and call someone who works with gas equipment.
