Product Description:

This burner is 349KW one.

Innovative product in China--biomass burner. Brand: HUAYUAN

Specification: 58~1395KW  Burner over 1395KW can be modularized.

The III generation biomass burner promoted in July 2014:

1. We use the casting modularized hearth. The boiler core is the only thing to be replaced in the post maintenance of burner. It is cheap and easy to change the modular fittings.

2. Generation III biomass burner adopts hyper heat-resistant casting material, replacing I and II generation material, which makes less cost and more stable performance.

3. The actual capacity of traditional burner is 70%, HUAYUAN marks authentic datas on the nameplates.

4.  HUAYUAN product has hyper-high temperature efficiency burnning tar and other harmful substance totally which will not be attached to the tubes to cause block.

5. The flame colour of HUAYUAN product combustion is white and blue, realizing clean combustion.

6. Solve the problem that no coking fuel could be used in the traditional burner. More biomass fuel could be applied.

7. One-button control system to set fire, feed bunker, and control temperature automatically.

8. Equipped with dust blower system, which could be cleaned after long-time usage. Different size of reducer adapter could be made according to customers' requirement.

9. Widely applied to high temperature required conditions as coal-fired, natural gas-fired and oil burning boiler reconstruction, as well as industrial drying painting.

Q:what is the operating principle of the watertube and firetube boiler?
Water tube boilers are more common in small size commercial boilers and in marine boilers. They are a good choice for marine applications because they are less affected by the movement of the ship. With a water tube boiler the levels in the steam drum are difficult to control in a heavy sea.
Q:Why won't our combi boiler go on for hot water without turning the radiators on?
As per your other question you have not mentioned the make or model of boiler and different boilers operate in different ways. Normally the boiler on water only will only fire up when you turn on a tap(see your other question for preheat) and if it is not doing so then there is a problem with the boiler. It is impossible to give a definitive reason what without the required make model of boiler due to the differing operating systems between different makes and models.
Q:What is the boiler standard steam?
Low pressure, medium pressure, and high pressure steam.
Q:I'm wanting to buy or build a electric/wood fired water boiler to put in my in-floor heating system-any ideas?
I've got an outdoor, atmospheric pressure, wood fired unit; 500 gal. tank. Installed myself 15 years ago. Installed 2 copper pipe w/4 radiators under floor (no 'snake' tubing). Takes 1 full hopper of maple slab wood from the nearby mill, per day temp. is close to 70F all day, with NO COLD FEET! And it's been below 20F for 6 weeks; some nights -30F, but still toasty warm and no hotcold, hotcold fan induced cycles. Tips: make sure to get a commercial grade boiler 'conditioner' put that in the very first thing! It creates a layer or barrier on the inside of the entire system, preventing premature rust failure, especially inside the boiler jacket (unless you go with stainless: very $$$$). I rigged a small portable tire compressor (the cheap kind) with pipe fittings to hook into the finished pipe/radiator installation; then pressurized the whole works went around with a brush bottle of dish soap checking all solder joints for leaks (rather than fill with water, and having to drain down the entire system to fix a bad solder joint; this is called a 'static' test). Build your system with a dual voltage circulating pump systems right from the start: one 120VAC (house current; I bought a new Grondfus from WWGrainger) and one 12VDC for emergency backup (there will be times when you have no 'juice' to run the circ. pump, and if you don't, pipes will freeze outside, rendering the system useless). It takes a little thought about the bypass valve arrangement, but it's worth doing right from the git-go, especially in these uncertain times about the economy and all. 3-5 backup deep cycle batteries, charged with solar panels should do for short term needs. Log home (also hand built; 1300sq. FT.) More questions? Drop me a note...
Q:What is the difference between a boiler operating certificate and a class?
Note 3: For special equipment operators, they can be specified in the qualification items in the special equipment operator's certificate, expressed as Class III (Advanced), Level II (Intermediate), Level I (Primary).
Q:i have an old house with radiators and no boiler. Replace boiler or full forced air installation, ducts etc.?
Couple of things to consider....... If the house is old not well insulated, the radiators will be able to provide plenty of heat. If the pipes are in good condition a new high efficiency boiler could do the trick. I'm thinking insulation is the key. If it is marginal you do not have the means to update. I would stick to the radiators or maybe go with hot water baseboard if the plumbing is bad. Have forced hot air w/ AC as an add on not all that happy since the house is block built the insulation is what it is. Have to use ceramic heaters when it gets really windy cold. For Heat +AC might see about a high velocity setup which does not require the big old fashioned ducts. You might consider keeping the radiators if the plumbing is good going w/ a forced air system with or without AC. which can be added later, You then have the option of going both ways. Nothing as toasty as radiant heat , but forced air does come on quick the AC capability is nice. Your utility provider or a good heating contractor will be able to evaluate your house recommend the most efficient system. Best regards
Q:What Is A Combi Boiler?
High-efficiency condensing combi, or combination boilers, are very popular in homes today because they can save space and money. A combi boiler is a compact and efficient unit that provides all the heat and hot water a small home needs while saving on operating and installation costs. Combis work like both central heating boilers and hot water cylinders and are so compact they can be hung from your kitchen wall.
Q:1 ton neat boiler heating area is how much
The actual unit of hot water boiler is not tons,
Q:worcester central heating boiler keeps going to keep pressing restart?
you haven't specified if this was a gas fired boiler, electric, or oil fired. You didn't say if it was natural gas or LP have to include this information You could be doing damage well i am sure that button you are pushing is a thermal overload of some sort to shut off the boiler when it get's too hot. Obviously some sort of thermostat or electronic temperature control is telling you that the boiler is not firing correctly or is remaining in full fire for too long. It could be a combustion control or a flame sensor that is dirty. It could be a matter of too much or not enough flame. it could be that the gas pressure is too high. It could be that it is not getting enough or too much combustion air. A pressure control or aquastat might be defective. You might have build up in your boiler from hard water. You might have a circulation pump that is not working properly. You may have a zone valve that is not opening and/or returning fluid or steam properly. Maybe the make up water line is not filling the boiler properly or in time....boilers often go out on low water controls, but since we don't know the details about your boiler I cannot answer specifically. Worcester boiler is not enough information. Chances are that this is not a major first recommendation is always to clean..clean...clean......turn off the boiler and take off the covers....clean all of the dirt, dust, and debris that you can find....suck it all out with a vacuum hose you would be surprised the amount of problems that dirt can cause and how much cleaning dirt can solve
Q:What to use in place of a double boiler for melting almond bark?
I see people on cooking shows using Pyrex bowls as double boilers all the time. If glass is oven save, it's certainly safe to use over a sauce pan (but not directly on the stove or under the broiler.) I've also seen a smaller sauce pan set inside a larger sauce pan, but it looked a little precarious.
