Q:Aluminum foil and aluminum foil is the same?
It's the same name. It's differentA sheet of metallic paper coated with or pasted with silver; mostly silvery white;
Q:Formula for Aluminum Oxide 10 points?
Aluminum oxide would be: Al2O3 Aluminum has a charge of +3. Oxygen has a charge of -2. Aluminum oxide is an ionic compound, therefore their charges becomes subscripts. See how the aluminum has a charge of 3? The three slides diagonally down and becomes the subscript for oxygen. Oxygen has a charge of 2 so it slides diagonally and becomes the subscript for aluminum. Hence, aluminum oxide is Al2O3. I hope this helps. I know it's probably a bad explanation, but it's the best I can do.
Q:which is a better conductor of electric. Aluminum or germanium?
Aluminum. Germanium is a semi-conductor.
Q:What matches aluminum?
your question is not clear...do you want something the same color (i.e. matching) or do you want to know a color that looks good with aluminum color? if it is the first, some pots and pans, aluminum acrylic paint, some furniture, lamps, etc. if it is the latter, almost any color looks good, especially hot pink, purple, red, black, white....
Q:OMG PLEASE ANSWER THIS! what are the bad things about aluminum?
Pure aluminum corrodes, at its surface, to compounds that are typically insoluble. In the presence of oxygen in air, aluminum oxides form which are poor conductors of electricity. These surface insulators are the reason we no longer use aluminum for electric wires in the US. The electrolysis process of converting bauxite to aluminum metal requires a large amount of electrical power. Aluminum, primarily because of the surface oxides discussed above, will corrode very slowly in the environment. Which is one part of the reason that it is beneficial to recycle aluminum. The other reason is that recycled aluminum can be made very pure and at a less cost than from the electrolysis process.
Q:macbook aluminium and macbook pro?
first of all it does not even sound such as you desire a transportable pc. So why purchase a workstation? You surf the information superhighway and edit %.. properly until you're doing heavy artwork in photoshop or some thing alongside those strains than employing a mac is in simple terms a thank you to spend somewhat some money. you will get an exceedingly remarkable workstation own pc for 3 hundred-4 hundred money which will do each and every little thing you desire it to do. certainly finding out to purchase a mac once you do no longer desire it somewhat is slightly pretentious in case you question me. oh ya, and while you're nervous approximately viruses and stuff like that with a workstation...do no longer. computers artwork great in case you do no longer pass to the incorrect web pages. ...macs specific are extraordinarily although. so decide for the prettier one in case you ought to get a mac. :)
Q:Aluminum reactions??
Aluminium is one of the most reactive metals. It is so reactive that almost as soon as it is formed, it reacts with oxygen in the air to form aluminium oxide - which is what you see inside a soda can. Aluminium oxide is extremely unreactive. If you can remove the oxidised layer (usually done with acid) then you can use aluminium in a number of displacement reactions. In a displacement reaction (say, copper carbonate and aluminium) the aluminium will displace the copper (to form aluminium carbonate) and leave the pure copper at the bottom of the flask. Here is a reactivity list - any metal will displace any other metal below iot on the reactivity series. You can see that aluminium is near the top and so will displace a lot of metals. Q:im wondering how to sand an aluminum bike can sombody help?
R U talking about sanding an aluminum frame or a painted aluminum bike? A painted frame only needs to be sanded smooth and then repainted unless you get right down to the metal a lot to clean up scratches. Big patches of bare aluminum must be primed with a recomended primer for aluminum. Start with a 120 grit and finish with 320 when sanding. Be carefull not to scuff up any bare aluminum you dont want to paint but the entire painted surface must be scuffed for proper adhesion. This is achieved by masking the aluminum frame before sanding and then carefully sanding up to the edge of the masking tape. .
Q:relationship in temperature and charge.... along with aluminum?
aluminum is very resistant to heat and electric charge? What do you define as resistant? As stated, the question makes no sense, let alone being correct. Please clarify and repost.
