Q:I have a USB keyboard and mouse (combo thingy). I can not use the USB keyboard and mouse when trying to enter setup, boot menu, or anything like that becasue Windows needs to load the driver for it, which it can't do at that point. My motherboard does not support the old PS2 keyboard, so I'm pretty sure I can't use my old keyboard. What do I do? All I really need to do is enter Linux instead of Windows for a little bit (I am dual booting)
Unplug the usb keyboard from the computer, power the computer down completely and remove the power cord/switch the power switch on the power supply wait 30 seconds plug in power, usb, and try rebooting The usb keyboard should work now, if not, you'll need a different keyboard. USB ports sometimes stay active even when the computer is shut down, so you have to do a cold boot to get them to reactivate themselves on bootup to detect a keyboard. You could try another usb port too.
Q:What is the principle of two color molding
?the use of the difference between the two plastic color to display fonts
Q:Hi everyone. I'm trying to run an experiment, and it requires that my keyboard keys A through Z be set up in alphabetical order, rather than the usual QWERTY format. All the other keys need to be the same Is there any way to accomplish this? Maybe a language that I can download? Thanks
don't know of a way have fun trying
Q:I recently moved and no longer have a piano in my house. I would still like to play, but can't afford one. So I thought I would buy an electric keyboard instead. All the keyboards I found that I can afford have 61 keys, rather than 88. Which keys do they leave out on keyboards? I play mainly by watching a video of someone play a song on a piano and copying their fingers. Will this present a problem when they have a piano and I have a keyboard? I
Keyboards with just 61 keys don't have the highest and lowest notes that are on a piano the main difference is that a real piano has strings and an electric keyboard doesn't. The only problem would be if you need to play notes that are higher than the highest note on your keyboard or lower than the lowest notes. I feel like I am in a tight space when I play a keyboard with only 61 keys. You won't get the same sound as a real piano either but some keyboards have weighted, touch-sensitive keys to create the feel of a real piano.
Q:Hi. I'm in need of an android keyboard app that is fast and reliable, doesn't lag too much and that predicts words because I am the worst typo-er in the whole world. However, I want it to be as minimalistic and simple as possible since too many (redundant) features would only serve to drain battery and slow my phone down (I own a pathetic and slow mini S3, hence I need something that doesn't use up too many resources). Swiftkey and Swype have too many useless features for me so these are out of question right off the bat. I'm currently using ICS but it's not working properly, however a keyboard similar to it would be appreciated. Thank you!
Fleksy Keyboard – Happy Typing 2.0.1 is great and power full faster
Q:i accidentally pressed some unknown keys on keyboard thn de keyboard function ability went wrong.each time i hav to type letters,i hav to hold de keys for a few secs.it also applies to all of them.
for that, i dont think it's the keyboard that's going out of whack. more rather, you messed with your computer functions and programs that it's behaving like this. i've a full set keyboard razer lycosa with every single button, and from my years with it, i can tell you no set of keys would give it a few seconds delay in typing.
Q:I have a keyboard. And I can't find any keyboard sheet music or tabs. My keyboard has 49 black white keys on it. Less than what a piano has. So I can't play regular piano sheet music on it. Does anyone know of any sites with FREE keyboard sheet music or tabs?
yeah there is a big difference. pianos are always better than keyboards in terms of sound quality (unless you have an extreeeeemely bad piano XD). most keyboards also dont have the same feeling, since the keys arent weighted. if you learn on only keyboards, then it'll probably be tough to get used to a piano later on when your fingers are already adapted to a keyboard. other than those two things, keyboards and pianos are basically the same (same notes, same technique used to play them, etc.). if u cant afford your own piano, then i guess itd be best to keep practicing on your keyboard at home and then try and find a place where you can practice for free on a piano to get used to it at the same time. u can probably do this at a local school or maybe a college. good luck :)
Q:i would like to learn how to play it. does anyone know of any good websites?I am looking for a free instructional website for playing the electonic keyboard for a beginner who knows nothing about music. I especially like jazz music and would like to learn to play jazz on my keyboard.
There's a good-looking silver one at Target for $70. It comes with a stand and is a Casio, which guarantees it will be of good quality. I'm planning on buying it as a gift. It's a great deal!
Q:I have my keyboard connected to a USB connection now. I want to move it to the regular keyboard connection with the adapter thats next to the mouse. when I do that my system won't recognize it and I get an error message telling me to plug in the keyboard. Any ideas?
I had the same problem with an IBM ThinkPad(worst piece of crap laptop i've ever owned) Usually its a power surge to that specific area of the USB. So im assuming youre using a desktop PC. i'd suggest moving it to anotehr USB slot, if any, or if you have a USB HUB you could try that, but i'd be able to help you easier if i had more specific details on your computer / If its a dekstop PC i'd also suggest possibly getting a new power supply
Q:Hi, today my keyboard stopped working suddenly. i didnt press anyrhing or do anything unusual, it just stopped working. when i go on 'keyboard' in the control panel nothing shows up. the keyboard is an optronix op-080w and my opererating system is xp. ive tried plugging it in and out, and restarting the pc. please help.
it's most likely that your keyboard is toast and you need to get a new one, just wondering tho, if your keyboard is broken how would you type this question lol, but ya it's ruined but just incase, check the slot in your computer that your keyboard plugs into because it might have something in it.
