Roll around in bed a bit, really really fast, then jump and run, if u get cold u should have an automatic coffee maker. I used to roll around to warm myself up, and put a sweater at the foot of my bed. Then after rolling and the sweater, I'd haul it to the automatic coffee maker :)

Q:We have had problems with bed bugs before as a friend had brought them here. But as I googled bed bugs I couldn't help but notice that all of the nymphs are a skin like color. I have many nymphs, but they are black, not a light color. And the adults are also black not brown. It is for sure a bed bug? Or is it something else? Some bed bugs are dark until they feed on blood. Other bugs that get in the beds are crabs. A friend could have brought them there. If you are in an apartment, they can come from next door.

I use Bed Head Headrush and its fab! I did use John Frieda and other branded products for a while but found Bed Head just suited me better. As Bed Head is a bit pricey, I use Lee Stafford Dehumidifier (which works well on frizz and flyaway hair) for everyday, and save Bed Head for special occasions or nights out. Hope it helps!
