- Q:I just bought an old drill press from a pawn shop, but there is no manufacturer info on it. All i can find is a model number, RY-6. My first instinct was Ryobi, but can't find anything about it from them, even though it does look very much like their press, just a lot older model. It's a little 10 press. If anyone can either confirm my guess, or point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

- No. Pushups are totally different. Try doing ten pushups then ten benches. DIfferent parts of your body hurt right? So quite simply, they aren't the same.
- Q:I have been working out for a long time now. I am asking this qun. to all fitness pros. bodybuilders. If Front Press worksout the front delts (shoulders) then what does Back Press do ? I generally do back press with barbell.
- I'm assuming that you mean shoulder press, or military press. From my knowledge, military press is performed in front of the shoulders and shoulder press behind. I also know of many top bodybuilders that will not do the rear shoulder press, or even pull downs behind the neck, as it is arguably bad for your shoulders. If you are pressing or pulling something with your shoulders right back, they are at their maximum range of movement. Military press allows your shoulders to move in a much freer, more natural way. Personally, I'm not convinced that there are any additional benefits to doing presses and pulls behind the neck - you can get all the benefits you want from in front exercises. Don't just listen to me though. Many people still do these exercises and some people swear that they are beneficial.
- Q:I'am struggling with my bench press lately. I use to do 150 now it went down to 135. Are there any other workouts to help increase my bench press back to 150 again?
- If you took a long break from working out you would have lost strength, a lot of other things can mess with your performance. To increase your bench press you would have to work on your chest, shoulders, and triceps. The internet has TONS of workouts for that, P90x has one you can do from home with just a few dumbbells etc. Quick fixes: keep your back flat on the bench, spread your legs and plant your feet, squeezing your glutes and core and try to bend the bar away from you when you push up.
- Q:Ok when I buy press on nails it's says on the back of the box: Wear beyond 7 days not recommended why are you not suppose too wear them beyond 7 days what will happen?

- Q:Id like to get my girlfriend a french press as one of her birthday gifts but the problem is I know nothing about them. Every time I do some research I just come across the same few. I'd like to find the best possible so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
- I use a Bodum Chambord. I have an 3- and a 12-cup model. They are measured in espresso cup sizes so the 3-cup model is actually more like 1 regular coffee. I like the glass models, but that or stainless is your choice. Although you should get stainless if anyone around it is a klutz. The French press is also very useful for making tea (I use my 3-cup for that work).
- Q:I am a little over 21 weeks pregnant and just recently felt the baby move on the outside of my belly pretty good...acutally starting on Friday we could feel the baby kick or move on the outside if I pressed in the area I felt the baby move. I find myself pressing down, not hard, more often trying to feel the baby move...am I doing any harm? I know this sounds like a dumb question but I am worried now because I haven't felt the baby move as much yesterday and into today and I am afraid now that someone is wrong. Help! - No, it's not dangerous for the baby at all! (If you do it gently) If you do it gently, the baby will feel you and react to the pressure... It is his little way to say hello? Is there somebody there? ^_^ Some babies also react to bright light... ;) My last one did. Yes, at 21 weeks it's perfectly normal to feel it move one day and not the other. Enjoy your pregnancy and congratulation for the upcoming little human!
- Q:Its kind of a requirement. I also need to increase my squat as well as everything else. How many days should i be bench pressing and squating?
- three or four days a week i spose. just have one days rest after the day you lift so your muscles can repair
