- And the original is exactly the same as impossible, with marble transparent plastic smear in the crack, polished with a polisher! (Note: glue do not put the desiccant or will soon degenerate hard, a jar of plastic about fifteen dollars, polished with wool piece of the kind of soft, wool piece a few dollars, mainly to have a polisher)

- Either put the vanity in a different place or move the heat register. You will trap the heat inside the vanity, those registers only work well if air can move through them, creating a convection current. It can be a real pain to drain the system and move the baseboard, then refill and get the air out. Seriously consider putting the vanity elswhere or install a pedestal sink.

- You would not want to carpet or lay laminate flooring under the cabinets/vanity anyway. Tile/linoleum could go under but that is not necessary. Just work you way around them and if necessary finish off with trim/molding that can lay right on the floor and would be nailed to the cabinets/vanity. I'm assuming by counter top stove you mean free standing, which means it sits on the floor. In this case you would want to remove the stove and extend your flooring underneath it. Same with the toilet. You would need to remove it (find a how to book) and extend the flooring underneath it so that the toilet will sit on top of the new flooring. Look for a 'remodel' wax ring when you replace the toilet. Since the toilet will now be up to two inches higher you will need the new, thicker, 'remodel' ring. Good luck.

- Q:I just primed my laminate bathroom vanity with Zinsser Bondz. Do I need to sand prior to applying my finish coats of paint? The back of the can says dries in 2 hours and can be lightly sanded/and or top coated after 2 hours. This is confusing! Lightly sand or not? Thanks in advance for any help!

- Q:Need some help with placement. How far from the back wall do you place recessed lights? I think I have them spaced right just unsure of how far back. My vanity counter will be 73.5" long. Installing (3) 3" 50 watt lights over the vanity. I pretty much decided to put one light on center 36.75" from side wall and the other two 18" to each side. Does that sound good? But, how far from the back wall? I would like the light to wash down the wall and reflect the light as well. I know I will need to find some other wall sconce lights for around the mirror but would like to make correct decision on the recessed for now
- Above a vanity we usually go 12' out from mirror most vanity's average 24' or so this will give you an even coverag of surface and wall. Also as other poster said if you purchase the can lights that can be positioned and moved you can always adjust slightly later if a bit unhappy.
