Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Wire High Tensile Strength

Galvanized iron wire can be classified into hot-dipped galvanized iron wire and electro galvanized wire according to the differences of processing. Sizes of hot-dipped galvanized wire: 8# to 36# (wire diameter ranging from 3.8mm to 0.19mm)
Sizes of electro galvanized wire: 8# to 38# (wire diameter ranging from 3.8mm to 0.15mm)
Galvanized Wire gauge: Standard wire gauge from 8# to 16#
Galvanized iron wire is made with mild steel, hard-drawn, then galvanized. It is rust-resistant and very versatile in applications. Galvanized iron wire can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire or further processed into straightened cut wire or U type wire.
Application: Galvanized iron wire is mainly used in construction as binding wire, express way fencing as fencing wire, binding of flowers as wire ties in the garden and yard, and in weaving of wire mesh.

Hot Dipped Galvanized Iron Wire:

Production Process of Hot-dipped Galvanized Iron Wire: Steel rod coil -- Wire Drawing --Annealing -- Rust Removing -- Acid Washing -- Zinc Plating -- Wire Coiling.
Hot-dip Galvanized Iron Wire, also known as hot-dip zinc-plated iron wire, or thermally galvanized iron wire. We produces hot-dipped galvanized iron wire at diameter from 0.19mm to 25.0mm, which can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire, etc.

Electro Galvanized Iron Wire:

Electro Galvanized Iron Wire is also known as electric galvanized iron wire or galvanized steel wire. Electric galvanized wire diameter ranging from 0.14mm to 5.0mm, which can be supplied in the form of coils, spools, U type wire or straight cut wire.  Production processes: steel rod coil, wire drawing, annealing, rust removing, acid washing, boiling, drying, zinc feeding to wire coiling.
Electro Galvanized Iron Wire Size: Electro galvanized iron wire ranging from 6# to 38#, it is widely used by users.

Electro Galvanized Iron Wire Feature: firm zinc coating, evenly plated and smooth and bright surface etc.

Q:Does anybody know where on the internet i can find the radio wiring diagrams of a factory radio???
Put a V8 in that bad boy! J/K sorry. Sounds like maybe an ignition coil, plug wire loose or bad or possibly an injector like the last guy said.
Q:i have an amp (sony xm 2002gtr) that says it requires 4 gauge wire..but they cost $100+ and i have plenty of 8 gauge wires. can i use two 8 gauge wires as a substitute for one 4 gauge wire?and also, i have my capacitor grounded to unpainted metal of my car AND the ground port of my amp..is that incorrect?
Two 8-gauge wires combined are equal to a 5-gauge wire, but that should be close enough for that amp. Make sure each wire has its own fuse near the battery; 40-amp fuses would be a good choice. If you capacitor is connected to ground, and your amp is grounded, then you don't really need a wire between the capacitor's ground terminal and the amp's ground terminal. It doesn't hurt anything, though. If the only ground wire at the amp is the one that runs to the capacitor, then you're better off connecting the amp ground directly to chassis metal.
Q:instead of using the wire its self could you put a terminal at the end of your audio wire and connect it to the amp, for your car audio. Because I just ordered 1/0 awg wire, but I don't think the wire will fit on the amp, so could I put a Y terminal at the end of my 1/0 gauge wire and connect that to my amp?
you can look on OKorder too.
Q:The application is a bathroom light and exhaust fan combination. The fixtures wires are thiner than the supply wires. Should I wrap the thinner wire around the thicker wire or should I wrap them equally around each other? Then can I put a drop of solder on before I put the wire nut. Or is solder not a good idea?
If you are using a good grade of wire nut ( The inside of the wire nut is metal) soldering isn't necessary....It won't hurt anything but not necessary....Thomas Betts makes a good wirenut
Q:Ok, I am having trouble installing a new car radio in my 97' Honda Civic Lx. It's just a basic pioneer cd player.. I matched all the colored wires up and still nothing. My brother had told me something about + - for example do i hook the green stripped wire with a flat green wire? Vice versa.. Help please.. Also If you know of a web site with diagrams?
well if they install it they shood provide them but it will cost you extra
Q:I'm replacing the door speakers in a 2001 Coupe Camaro with the factory sound system. I needed to know which wire was positive and which was negative so I bought a circuit tester. However, I keep getting the reading that both wires are positive. What could be causing this? I know the circuit tester works because I tested it on the battery terminals and it worked fine.
Speaker wire carries AC current. A circuit tester designed for DC voltage won't work, at least for telling you which is positive or negative. (It doesn't matter whether you use chassis ground, or the other speaker wire, as a reference). In the driver's door, the positive wire should be tan and the negative wire gray. In the passenger door, the positive wire is light green and the negative wire is dark green.
Q:is there a way to wire an exit sign to a plug for an outlet receptacle?
Yes just get an electrical cord with a plug at the end and wire it up. White on white and black on black with wire nuts If you have only the wire with no plug you can buy one and put it together, it's easy to do in the plug the same thing one white wire goes on one screw and the other screw you put the black. It makes on differance what wire goes to what screw only the ground if you have one, which is colored green that goes to the ground screw.
Q:electrical wire prices
Doh!! The reason the prices of wire follow the prices of oil, the outer jacket of Wire is Plastic an oil based product, Thus the reason oil goes up so does the prices of wire.
Q:electroluminescent wire picture?
What about it?
Q:Someone Stole my stock radio out of my car (They cut it out) Now All i have in the is wires and I cannot afford to go get a new one installed. Here are the wires that are in my car
what you need to do is buy the book for your car at autozone. and look at the radio wiring diagram. i had a similiar porblem but with the book it shall tell you were to hook the wires
