Q:Warhammer 40k:Steel Legion?
The stock at various shops may vary, but you can buy Steel Legion miniatures through the mail order, or the Internet from GW. Cadian troopers are plastic, There are no plastic Steel Legion troops. The plastic models are (a tiny bit) not so horribly expensive as the metallic ones. The minimum requirements for your force vary from mission to mission, but a good start is 1 HQ unit 2 Troop choices. Also, the total points cost of the battle is to be considered. (Usually 500, 1000, or 1500 points.) What you described is one possible choice, although the size of IG squads is 10 and not 20. And you must include a command squad, the commissar is optional. You might change the other 20 troops for a tank, or a squad of Sentinels. Happy gaming!
Q:Can I load my own steel core ammo?
You don't know the law regarding selling steel core ammo quite as good as you think you do.
Q:What does Blue Steel meen?

Q:Can a bear bend steel?
depends on the steel thickness and positioning. frm your question I'm guessing you're not really well versed in steel framing or use... im guessing whatever you build, a bear can destroy. if i was to build it not even 100 bears can destroy it. it doesn't require much steel, it's just about bracing the positing of steel and some design.
Q:Shaft stiffness in steel irons???
If i understand you correctly, i think you misunderstand shafts. Steel shafts vs. graphite shafts these days is more of a competition of weights, not flexibility. Both steel and Graphite have different flex profiles available from Ladies (L) to super stiff (X). Graphite may feel a little more whippy than steel because of the lighter weight. Shafts will vary by company as well. Stiff from True temper may not be as stiff as one from Aldila, or vice verse. You can also make a shaft play stiffer or more flexible by where you cut the length. This is called tipping. Take more from the bottom and it will be stiffer, more from the grip end and it will play more flexible.

Q:Starting a steel mill?
Typically, steel mills are worth $20 million to $200 million and are owned by large corporations. Your best bet to own one would be to take over a corporation that already has one. That way you have all the supply lines, customers, experts and other workers already there, too. Stick with investing in going concerns, so you don't need to be an expert in each business to build it up. Get them ready made, learn the details from the people already doing it, then work out ways to improve it. Do not get tempted to borrow even 10c from the scammers who have answered your question. Start saving your real money, reading the financial news, and making small real investments in real stocks.
Q:from where do steel plants in gary, pittsburgh, detroit and Birmingham get their raw materials?
I work for a pipe manufacturer in Birmingham, AL. We have multiple divisions including two specialized steel pipe divisions and a ductile iron pipe divisions. As far as the steel pipe divisions, they purchase skelp from suppliers. All of the steel that they purchase is of domestic manufacture, and is very expensive. As for the ductile iron division, we manufacture our own iron for the pipe. To get the iron that we need, we buy scrap in the form of cars, refrigerators, rejected pipe that we produce, etc. It is shredded in one part of the plant, and then melted and cast as a new product. This has become very problematic, scrap prices have skyrocketed in the US due to the large demand from countries such as China who gobble all of the material because they need great quantities of it. So, to answer your question, we get steel from recycling and then some raw iron ore. As to where we get the raw ore, I'm not 100% sure.
Q:How does the reactivity of iron compare to steel?
Steel is an alloy of iron and carbon and optionally one or more of numerous other materials. Copper is normally not used, except sometimes in small percentages. Steel is never yellow or orange in color. Reactivity of steel depends on the materials it is alloyed with. Chromium and nickel with steel make stainless steel, which is much less prone to reactive than iron. .
Q:What is the history of steel?
There's wide history of steel, you can read different tutorials online to know more about it. Check wiki for detailed information.
