1> What's the difference for CHL and CHLF(T) type?

    CHL pumps have an inlet and outlet chamber which is made by stainless steel. CHLF(T) is just the section type. 

2> Do you have any variable motor for these pumps?

     Yes, we have. For the variable motor, the frequence can be changed as the customers' request. If the range is between 30~50Hz, the fan can be just connected with the shaft. And if the frequency is below 30Hz, then the fan has to have another separated power. The variable speed motor would be used for solar energy or some other similar situation with the unstable power. 

3> How about the Delivery time?

     Actually, this would be depending on the quantity. If it is just small order, 1 week would be fine. For bigger quantity, the delivery would be also less then 20 days. But for the varible speed ones, it will be taking some more time, normally it will be more than a month.

Q:Does the water pump effect the car AC?
The water cooling system for the engine (radiator, water pump, hoses, etc.) is completely separate from the air conditioning system. The water pump moves water from the radiator (where the water is cooled off) to the engine where the water travels through tubes in the block, picking up heat (cooling the block) and then returns to the radiator. A failing water pump would not cause burning antifreeze. It would cause overheating by not moving the water, or not moving it fast enough. The smell of antifreeze in the exhaust (a sweet smell) usually makes me think of a failed head gasket or a cracked block. The water is somehow getting into the combustion chambers from the tubes in the block. If the engine has been overheated it is not unusual for the head gasket to blow or for the block to be damaged. Take your car to a reputable mechanic - not a buddy who works on his own car in the back yard. Ask friends and family who they go to and what they have experienced. There are good, honest mechanics out there. Find one and have him check out the car. Pay him for his training and experience. It will be cheaper in the long run than going to the cheaper guy working in his driveway.
Q:How does a pump pump water?
Generally speaking, pumps mostly refer to centrifugal pumps. Generally, the centrifugal pump is driven by an electric motor. Before the pump is started, the pump body and the suction line are filled with liquid. When the high-speed rotation of the impeller, the impeller drives the liquid between the blades of a rotation, due to the centrifugal force, the liquid was thrown from the impeller center to the outer edge of the impeller (flow rate can be increased to 15 ~ 25m/s), the kinetic energy is also increased. When the liquid enters the pump shell, the flow rate of the liquid gradually decreases as a result of the gradual expansion of the flow passage in the volute pump housing, and a part of kinetic energy is converted to static pressure, so the liquid flows out at the higher pressure along the outlet. At the same time, the impeller center because the liquid was thrown out and formed a certain vacuum, and the liquid level of pressure Pa than the center of the impeller to be high, so the suction pipe of the liquid in the pressure difference into the pump. The impeller keeps rotating and the liquid is continuously sucked in and out. Centrifugal pump is able to transport liquid, mainly due to centrifugal force, so called centrifugal pump.
Q:how is water pumped from deep wells?
WELL CRUDE OIL ARE UNDER PRESSURE ALREADY. WELL OIL BURST OUT. SOMETIME BLASTED. SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS ARE BETTER OPTION, IF REQUIRED. STORAGE OIL CAN BE TRANSPORTE/MOVE BY USING CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS.

find the output positive and negative on the usb cable attach these to a solenoid or a relay. then attach the source that will power the pump to the pump, using the solenoid/relays contact pins as you would a switch. done. now just write a program on your CPU to control the usb output. for a diagram, email me at Ben@ Comcast
Q:What is wrong with my water well pump?
A two wire pump usually has a 120 volt motor. The neutral wire from the motor goes to the neutral wire at the disconnect switch. The other wire from the motor goes to one terminal screw of the pressure switch. The disconnect switch hot wire goes to the terminal screw right next to the first one. ( either the two terminals on the left or the two on the right. ) Sometimes people will switch the neutral wire as well. If the voltage is good, pressure switch contacts are clean - like no bugs having been smashed or caught up in between, then you might expect a break in the wire or the wire splice at the motor wire connection. If your old pump burned out you may have needed new wire also. Sometimes the wire will burn apart inside the insulation and make a bubble. If your old wire was in good shape, or you replaced it, you should have used a submersible splice to connect to the motor wires. Crimp on wire connectors should be crimped tight. Every now and then I find one that didn't get crimped on one side. Rubber tape followed by plastic tape over that splice is good. Some people like the plastic tubes with compression ends for a splice covering.

Now fire control cabinet has several requirements, multi-channel start, failure switch, automatic inspection, etc.Failure switching is when the main pump fails to start, the standby pump is put into operation automatically (and the two pumps are alternate).Mutual investment due to the original selection of different electrical principle is slightly different, but the same is the control of the main contactor, the main contactor when the main pump without electricity and suction time, time relay (or PLC fault detection delay is given by the pump start signal delay conversion) pump operation.You'd better find a fire drawing study.
Q:1997 Civic-Timing belt/Water Pump?
Pump is leaking if you see water, other than A/C under car or coolant is constantly getting low. If water pump goes car will over heat and can leave you stranded. If you are not going to keep car for more than a year don't worry about either unless pump is bad. If pump is bad just change the pump. No need to pay for timing belt if your not going to keep car. If Mech. scared you get a second opinion or take your Dad with you because some people will try and take advantage of females about cars, and I did say some not all.
