End Suction Centrifugal Pump

1.Structure of End Suction Centrifugal Pump Description

End Suction Centrifugal Pump complies fully to the European Standard BS EN733 / DIN24255 of performance and dimensions. They are used for pumping clean water or liquids similar to water, achieving wide application on plants, mines, city water supplies, air-conditioning coolers, firefighting system and irrigation. Pumps of the same model have different performance levels basing on different diameter after impeller trimming. Overall the whole series, there are only four sizes of shaft and five of bearing housing. As long as their bearing housings are of the same size, different pumps can interchange chief parts such as shaft, shaft sleeve, shaft seal, impeller nut, etc.

End Suction Centrifugal Pump is also very easy to be installed and maintained. Back pull-out design, driven through flexible coupling, so that pump casing and motor can remain in position while other spare parts are removed.

Q:I recently bought a 01 firebird trans am. was doing some maintenance on it. basic stuff, tune up, serpentine belt, break flush, and a coolant flush. I didn't notice any leakage in the car, and neither did any mechanics before. Last week when i did all these basic maintenance i went back to check up on one more thing. The mechanic raised my car up and asked when I'm replacing my water pump.Seeing that it was leaking...but the liquid wasn't green, more or less brown and it didn't have any particular smell, but its not coming from the oil pan. What I'm thinking is that maybe the hoses were completely tightened? All help would be appreciated! thank you!
Usually when a water pump goes bad,it either makes an obnoxious noise from bad bearings or you'll notice coolant seeping or dripping from the little weep hole on it.Seems like it didn't get flushed properly or the brown colored coolant you're noticing was there already before you done work on it.Pressure wash the engine to make things easier to see.Seems like the car would be overheating a little if the pump was completely gone out.Its a good idea to replace things like this on higher mileage cars to avoid bein stranded on the side of the road
Q:I just had my water pump replaced and a coolant flush. 35 miles later, my MAL light came on and my mechanic said my thermostat needs replacement. Should this have been done with the water pump work, or could the work have caused the thermostat problem?
Anytime I replace a water pump, intake gasket, or anything else where the coolant needs removal, I always suggest to my customers that we change the thermostat as well. Many times I just change it anyway. I tell the customers, but really don't offer an option! (of course if they say don't I will honor that, but no one has ever said that!) It is possible that during a flush some trash/scale got into the thermostat causing improper operation. With the thermostat removed, there is no restriction in the cooling system making flushing easier and more thorough. Now to answer your question, It is my opinion he SHOULD HAVE. That is not only an up-sell (even though I hate creating extra work) it is just an added value to the customer. He should also check belts and hoses, changing them (via customer approval) if needed. As a mechanic, the last thing I want is a comeback such as yours was because I at the very least didn't suggest a proper service!
Q:HelloMy question is about a 2000 Nissan AltimaThe coolant in my radiator seems to be emptying out very often. When I re-fill the radiator and start the car, coolant slowly starts dripping from below the a/c compressor. I do not know if its the a/c compressor that is leaking or some other part there. Is there a possibility that the compressor itself is leaking coolant or could it be the water pump? I checked the hoses that go in and out of the compressor and there seems to be no leak. All I can see is coolant from the bottom of the compressor dripping at a rate of, say 1 drop per 2 seconds.Thank you
water pump is bad
Q:it is a mazda b3000 pick up v6,it is coming from behind water pump, but it is not all the time, i would think that if pump is going it would be all the time, but it will go bone dry for a few dayswhen it does leak it leaves about an 8 inch spot on the driveway, temp gauge goes to its regular spot and does not move, any suggestions would be helpful, thanks
water pump gasket or water pump
Q:someone told me my water pump may be going out and it sounds like their is a loose barron inside of it, so how much is it and and if i was to have someone else to fix it how much will it cost me
type okorder type in your info and look for a how to tyhey have many there an dother guy layed it out pretty well
Q:How do I tell the difference between a long and a short water pump? I have a Chevy 350 V8, a crate motor the same size is going in very soon. How do I tell which one I have so that I can get the correct brackets, accessories, etc.?
Dude's lengths are incorrect.. The short pump is 5-5/8'' long and the long neck pump is 7'' long . That's with a V belt short block chevy....
Q:What is the function of boiler feed pump, condensate pump, vacuum pump and low drain pump in operation?
The feed pump is a pump for supplying water to the boiler and maintaining the water level of the boiler. The condensate pump provides water to the deaerator after condensing the turbine and provides water for some condensate users. Vacuum pump is to maintain the vacuum of the pump, the pump is to lower the drain in a timely manner to the next level of low pump
Q:It is known that it takes an hour to pump water, and also to know the head. How does the pump power need to be calculated? What's the formula?
A 15kw pump, know how to calculate the head pumping water for an hour (if the head is 10 meters)Lift: MFlow rate: kg / sec (general water pump is cubic / hour, if 10 cubic hour / hour: 2.7 kg / sec)Efficiency: average 60%15000/102*0.6=88 kilograms per second88/10=8.8 kg / sec8.8*3600=31680 kg / h=31.6 cubic / hour
Q:How tight to a tighten down the bolts on a '86 volvo 240 water pump. The manual I bought doesn't say. The torque won't help me cause I don't have a torque wrench, so just general discription would help a lot. (I stripped the threads on a stud last time)
Volvo Water Pump
Q:Fire pump control cabinet installation distance, ground height should be how much?
30MC is fine. There are no definite rulesSome drawings of the introduction is explained, because the drainage of the water pump in the case of clogging, may be submerged into the water pump control cabinet, causing some unnecessary trouble
