No, I don't make my own either. With ll the things I have to get done during the day I really see no point in worrying about something so silly especially when I am just going right back to bed later that night. The only time it gets made is when I put clean sheets on the bed once a week and my boyfriend has to help with that because I have a huge water bed. Besides I hardly move during the night. My daughter sleeps with me and she doesn't sleep under the covers, she sleeps on top of them and uses her own blanket.

The children are young, 5 and 6 so there wouldn't be a problem with not enough space between bunks for sitting up. For the top, we would get a bunk bed set up so as not to raise that bed any higher.
