Needle Roller Bearings (needle bearing) is a cylindrical roller with roller
bearings, relative to its diameter, roller both thin and long. This is called needle
roller. Despite having a smaller cross-section, has a higher load bearing capacity,

- Q:what is the difference between alloy bearings and plastic bearings?
- Alloy bearings are med out of metal alloys. Plastic bearings are made out of plastic. The metal ones are more durable and last longer, but are heavier than the plastic ones.
- Q:i was thinking about getting some pig wheels and either some black panthers, or some bones reds wat kind do u think i should get?
- Bones Swiss Ceramics are the best you will find. But it shouldn't really matter too much what bearings you get unless you get REALLY cheap crappy ones, then you may notice a difference.
- Q:How can we reduce friction by using ball bearings?
- They are balls and because of their shape, they create less friction than something that is flat or has edges. Edges tend to dig in or scrape against other edges. The roundness of ball bearings allows them to roll with the objects.
- Q:I cant put them in! I can only put it on succesfully on the inside of the wheel. The bearing wont go in the outside of the wheel(the logo side). just saying i use the method where you put it on the truck axis and press down with your wheel
- Do what i do put in the bearing and push it in slightly with your fingers. Then get a screw driver turn it upside down (sharp side facing up) get a hammer and gently nail it in it will stay in and shouldnt even be dented or scrached!

- FKD bearings seem to last longer and can endure flip tricks and such, but black panthers roll a little faster. I think it's all down to opinion though, it all depends what you personally prefer.

- You didn't say what kind of car. If front wheel drive, it is unlikely you have play unless it has lots of miles. If rear wheel drive, you can have play, but almost anybody can grease and tighten them. So it depends.

- A magnetic bearing is a bearing which supports a load using magnetic levitation. - Motor manufacturers have recommendations which are specific to the device and service category (ambient temperature, load, duty cycle, air quality, dust, particulates, etc.). Ball bearing are generally sealed or shielded, and permanently greased. In cases where they are being restored as they approach the end of design basis service life; they can be cleaned in an oil bath (not to exceed 100C), rinsed in solvent, and regreased to ?-? of the free volume. Excess grease is universally regarded as destructive. Over greasing is said by motor manufacturers to create overheating which boils off volatiles and changes the properties of the grease. The vapors from condensation deposit nearby trapping dust, blocking air flow, and exacerbating overheating. Lubricant manufacturers cite degradation of lubricant due to shear.

- I would suggest if you are buying a Mini Superlight, it's gonna be a pretty darn light board. I woud suggest buying the lightest wheels and trucks you can find out there. Trry your local skate-shop, and ask them if they have any DESTRUCTO brand trucks or KRUX brand trucks. I have destructo RAGDOLLS, and they are pretty light. I recommend HUBBA or RICTA brand wheels. Don't buy huge wheels though. Buy about anything under 58 mm if you can. Remember, look for RICTAs. I recommend REDS bearings. They aren't too too expensive, and they work awesome. I have REDS Bones bearings. They cost about 15 dollars to 20 dollars Canadian. If you are willing to spend the $$$$ though, buy PIG or Black Panthers bearings.
