Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing :
The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall. The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.

- Q:when should i buy new bearings? i've had modus titanium for a year now should i buy some new bearings?
- Well if they still work, why are you gonna buy new ones? I wouldn't buy new ones unless they get caught, or I totally bust it out. But if you buy new ones you will definitely feel a difference. New bearings are smoother faster and overal more comfortable.
- Q:what is the proper tightness when installing wheel bearings ona vehicle?
- Once the nut is past the cotter pin than should be tight enough. Check the Chilton's manual for your make and model to find out the exact torque to apply.
- Q:i have bones swiss and i was cleaning them but the balls fall and i dont know how to assemble it again, plz help!
- i used to make roller bearing you need some type of a press make sure you put grease on them to good luck, maybe a vice grip
- Q:I have Mission 500 Helium skates and i tried taking off the bearing shield to clean them ....but they are almost impossible to take off...i was wondering if they can come off...or im i just working my *** off for nothing
- Not all do. Some are called non-serviceable. However, although it takes work to remove them and you cannot put them back, the non-servicable shields can be removed. You take out one and reassemble the bearings with the open side to the inside of the wheel. The non-serviceable shields have small radial slits around the outside edge. To remove them, you need to punch a hole into them without dammaging the cage around the balls inside and pry it out. If you have a metal removable shield, there is a very small C clip on the outside. You should be able to feel the gap in it by tracing around the outside with a pin. Then use the pin to pick at the end of the C clip to remove it. Many of the C clips have the ends cut at an angle. One end will be much easier to pick out with the pin than the other. So if one end doesn't seem to help, try the other.
- Q:i have a double TT maintenance spray and im not sure if it is ok for lubricating my skateboard bearings.. http://www bearings .uk/tt-spray-400ml-pr-16366.html go at this link this have the picture of the spray im saying...is this spray good for bearings THANKS.
- it may be good for internal bearings it sounds like it's exatally like wd-40 which isn't a good spray for bearings only because it leaves a residue behind that'll collect more dust and dirt and do more harm. You're best to get the silicone sprays like that bearing factory one, I know it costs more but it's a lot better and a can that big would last almost a liftime because it doesn't take much to lube a skateboard bearing, or even 8 of them.
- Q:I have a shaft that is in a vertical position. I need to support the axial (vertical) and the radial (side) force. I can understand how to support the side force with the ball bearings. I would just slip the bearings through the shaft and then create some kind of housing and bolt it to a structure close to it. But the radial force? The ball bearings I have do not have any type of set screw, so their is nothing to lock it into place.
- The shaft shoud be supported both at the top and bottom by whatever it is driving and being driven by . This should be more than enff if both the drive and driven units are properlt braced
- Q:two of my bearings are slightly dented. What can I do? I just bought new bearings and I had to change them because I bought new wheels. :?
- If your bearings are dented, there is nothing that can be done about it. Either suffer with the wiggling until the bearings fail, or replace them.
- Q:can i get a summarized version?
- NO! We don't know what bearings you are talking about. There are many rotating parts in a car. Don't you think they would all have bearings? Wheel bearings, axle bearings, cam bearings, crank bearings, water pump bearings, alternator bearings, power steering pump bearings.......What ones would you like to know about?
- Q:its a 1995 trx 300ex
- it really depends on how much damage is done. Axle Bearings. :Replacing bearings, axle, carrier and seals - $500 :just bearings and seals - $20 Front Wheel Bearings: :just both side bearings and seals - $30 Spindles, hubs. bearings and seals - $200 Swingarm Bearings: :Just beaings and seals - $25 :Swingarm, pivot bolt, bearings and seals - $500 Steering stem bearings :just bearings and seals - $15 :steering stem, bearings and seals - $200 the engine will be about $300 to sent out and have rebuilt by your local honda dealer. bearings are not something to put off, trust me, i know. if bearings wear out, they can destroys a lot of expensive parts, fast. be keep replaced often.
