Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing :
The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall. The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.

- Q:I have recently purchased a longboard with abec 5 bearings. I have a regular board, with abec 7 bearings. I plan to use the longboard more, and i want to no if it will work to use the regular boards bearings for the longboard. Anybody know?
- regular skateboard bearings are the same as longboard bearings. i suggest getting bones reds . theyre cheap (15 bucks) and they last long. they have removable shields so theyre easy to clean. if you want a really good quality bearings, probably the bestest bearings in the world, get Swiss Ceramics. theyre expensive though (over 100 bucks) but theyre worths it.
- Q:Can I change the camshaft in my small block chevy 350 without changing the cam bearings? The motor is appears fairly fresh.
- if i was you i would replace the bearings if your cams are worn already its only gonna do they same thing in time.im having the same problem with my mazda waited to fix now i have to replace both heads
- Q:i wannn know to see if its a good idea to try :)
- The gasoline will strip away the grease that lubes the bearings. It will make the bearings wear out faster if thats what you are wanting.
- Q:I need some iron ball bearings that are about 3-4inches in diameter and I need them to be iron so that I can get some rust build up on them. I tried calling a couple of hardware stores but they usually only carry steel ball bearings and small ones at that. Any idea what kind of store would have LARGE iron ones? Thank you.
- Try King Bearings. If you live in a large town,or a city, they should have a store there. Check out the Yellow Pages.
- Q:Took my car to a local shop today b/c I thought I heard a funny noise. Mechanic said my exhaust bearings were bad... He said I needed 2 new ones and they were 150 each plus labor. Estimate of $500 for everything. Anyone know where I can get them cheaper? Or are they always this much? Thanks
- The only car I've known to have exhaust bearings also had a flux capacitor! That is what makes time travel possible in a Delorian!
- Q:I am building my own longboard and i would like to go fast so what bearings shuld i go for and if you have any suggestions for wheels too that would be great.
- specific; in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, the ABEC score gadget has greater to do with the bearing's tolerance than the bearings velocity. save that for the time of concepts. the ABEC rated bearings are used for greater suitable than in basic terms skating; those bearings have been examined on a gadget.
- Q:people always say there bearings make them go faster but i dont think this is true. in my experience its more the wheel you ride that affects speed. size hardness are both factors but bearings just dont make a significant difference. as long as they spin freely and smooth it doesnt matter whether there swiss ceramics or abec 3 because the extra friction in the threes isnt enough to slow you down. unless the threes are rusted and dont spin. is this true? would others agree? ppeople seem to think the bearings have engines or something. i just use 18 dollar redz and keep them in good shape and they work fine
- well bearings do make a difference but it will go faster with lube other wise its still fast and effects the over all speed
- Q:I have ABEC-5 bearings, and I have cleaned them but do not have anything to use as lube, Will gun oil be ok?
- depends what kind of gun oil, there are lots of oil that'll leave a residue behind which will just make your bearings collect more dirt and dust, gun oil is know for doing that but you always try it out, in a pinch i've used oil before but it's not always the best for lube. A can of tri-flo at the hardware store will work great and should last a long time if you just use it for your bearings. If you have a lot of gun cleaning supplys maybe you have something called rem oil, it'll work good enough to keep your bearings lubed and doesn't leave a residue behind.
- Q:I know it would mean changing a standard skating industry has been using for the past 30 years, but it would advantage longboarding enormously. Longboarding oftenly means bad pavements, rough surfaces, sometimes offroad which kills any good bearings in a matter of days. Now the bigger the bearing, the bigger its balls which means bigger tollerance, therefore longer life. Not to mention faster speeds. It would require a new line of trucks and wheels but I think it would be worth it.
- It isn't needed. Bearings last months, years even, as long as you take care of them. I have a set of bearings that I've used for over 8 years, they still work great. If you're killing bearings in a couple of days, you're doing it wrong. And bearings don't affect speed, so long as they're clean/lubed. Bigger bearings would mean bigger wheel hubs, which means either less urethane on the wheel (less sliding per dollar), or bigger wheels (wheelbite becomes an issue, and bigger wheels don't feel very good to some people). It's pointless and unnecessary.

- Alloy bearings are med out of metal alloys. Plastic bearings are made out of plastic. The metal ones are more durable and last longer, but are heavier than the plastic ones.
