Specific property for usage of 110KV~220KV XLPE high-voltage cable

Cable’s conductor highest working temperature is allowed up to 90℃, and overload when meet an emergency is 130℃ ,When short circuit (in ≤5 seconds) the highest temperature is 250℃
When installing or laying cable, the ambient temperature should be less than -20℃, and have to give a preheat to cable.
The minimum bending diameter:

Note: In form, D₀ is a real test value to cable’s outer diameter.

4. Allowed biggest axial traction force to outer diameter when laying cable (not consider the radial lateral-pressure at bent section) T=K×core NO. ×section (kg), in formula, the coefficient K value should be: the copper core get 7, the aluminum core get 4.

5. Allowed biggest lateral-press P, when cable is being bent

The single core cable is required P≤500kg/m.

P=T/R (T is indicated axial traction force; R is indicated radius of bent-wheel), Knowing from above formula, as the traction force is made up by length and weight of cable. So it lets P to applying requirement as above. Then the diameter of bent-wheel should be widened.

6. Cable laying is not being restricted by drop.

Q:I need to know if the power light on the amp will turn on if I don't have the RCA cables hooked up or if you have to have them hooked up just to get power to the amp? I was just wondering because I just hooked up an amp and I can't get the power to come on, and I'm pretty sure the power, ground, and remote wire is hooked up good, it's the RCA cables i'm thinking is messed up, but would the power light come on even if those wasn't hooked up?: The power light should come on with or without the speaker wires or RCA cables from the stereo, but not all will, this is just a general rule. Double check your power hook up and see if it has power to it. Sometimes a little thing will throw the reset switch on the amp, check that also. This is assuming you have run proper power cables to the amp and have them hooked up to the proper connectors.

Q:I am installing a sound system in my car straight from scratch. I have built the subwoofer enclosure but now I have run into a problem. The existing amplifier power cable is too short to reach my amp. I was wondering if any other cable could be used as a substitute to extend it just a few more inches or do I need to buy a whole new amp kit? You'll actually have to upgrade BOTH wires to properly do the big 3. 1. + Batt to + Alternator output post 2. - Batt to frame/chassis 3. frame/chassis to engine block 4. (For extra) engine block to - Batt All in at least 0 awg gauge wire. I've done my in 0/2 awg gauge welding cables.
