Brief Introduction:

 

Milling machine is suitable for crushing strength barite, limestone, ceramics, slag, etc. Mohs hardness of not greater than 9.3 and humidity below 6% of non-inflammable mines, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries more than 280 kinds of materials the high fine powder processing, product particle size 80-425 head of the regulator (the smallest 1,000 head). Increased through a special device inside the machine, can produce 30-80 mesh coarse powder.

 

Working Principle:

 

Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding.After grinding, the rough materials will be recycled by the air from the fan back into the grinding chamber for regrinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products

Using 745.5 watts as a horse power, the engine will supply the equivalent of 30 times 745.7 watts at 30 brake horse power. This is 22,371watts. The generator is supplying 20 Kw or 20,000 watts. The difference in the engine output and the generator output is 22,371 minus 20,000 or 2.371 watts. I don't see how the answer is 1039 watts, if my calculations are correct. Perhaps someone else will have the answer you seek. I may be missing something in your question
