Q:What is the nail polish thrown on the tiled floor?
There are ways to use the best, there is no smell, Fan Erdun old turtle ransing some rogue nail polish oil, we all said, but what is the oil is not smell it? Answer the wind spirits you fine oil on the nail polish, after a while wiping a wiping a good ~ ~ there is a kind of cool taste ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Q:Is it stupid to get carpeted floor mats?
any floor matt is better than none, but i suggest you get the all weather ones because, the carpeted ones will eventually stain. If you spill in your car and have rubber floor mats all you have to do is spray them off with a hose and your fine. Rubber floor mats don't fade like carpeted do, and don't hold dirt like the carpet. I also agree carpeted look better but rubber perform better.
Q:What is the difference between multi-layer composite flooring and parquet?
Bell flooring for you to answer: 1. Solid wood flooring is composed of three layers of solid wood veneer staggered, the surface of high-quality broad-leaved specifications Xiangxiang make, more trees than oak, ash, etc. 2. Multi-layer parquet: hardwood Flakes or cut into a single board, through the urea-formaldehyde resin staggered hot pressing, the characteristics of the same with the three-layer composite floor
Q:Can the composite wood floor finish?
Can be; composite wood flooring itself has been processed, high strength, shop can be used.
Q:dream where the floor gets steep?
the floor represents your support if the floor is slanted then that means that you are moving to far from your goals. but since you say its getting steeper and your falling then it means that are struggling with an overwhelming problem. it also may mean that you have failed to achieve a goal
Q:how do you remove laminate flooring?
something to scrape the floor is about all you will need. the glue, well, scrape, scrape and then scrape some more. sanding will also work. whats under the laminate? If it is anything other than cement then you are going to have to lay cement board and if that is the case then you don't necessarily have to scrape the glue perfectly flat. you can also go to your local home depot and buy something that will soften the glue up. good luck
Q:Floating laminate flooring for kitchen?
Couple of basic tips will go a long way. Order at least 10% more than the area you intend to floor. Before you start pick a direction to follow, and establish a pattern. You want to make sure you don't waste too much product, but break your seams up so they are not too close together as you proceed across the room. This is not always the longest wall. Keep in mind closets and doorways you will have to work with. Also what is the look you want, how do you want it to flow into other rooms. Undercut door jams before you begin. Pull off all old trim starting at one corner in the room write a number on the back of the trim and on the wall, so you will know which piece goes where. This is not always done, you can install new shoe (1/4 round) over the new floor and against the old trim instead. Remember than no room is square or any wall is straight. The best thing to do is snap a line down the middle of the room then measure over to the wall you want to start at and snap a line about one board width from the wall, but measure from the line you snapped. You may find that you will need to trim a portion of your first board to start with a straight line. Don't forget to leave between 1/4 and 1/2 inch spacing as per manufacturers instructions. Use pieces of scrap against the wood if you need to pound on something, never directly on the piece you are installing. Buy the threshold and termination strips that are made for your flooring product ahead of time. Take your time! Do not rush yourself or the job. It is better to live with your house torn up during the week until the next weekend than to try and rush the job. And of course the old carpenters golden rule - Measure twice - cut once.
Q:Bathroom Floor?
first thing to do is fix the leak, then rip up the tile and replace the section of floor that is rotten. If its just spash over, put down a towel when in the tub. a good tile job should be waterproof.
Q:Radiant heat floors? Are they any good?
Are you talking about main floor or basement? If main floor, and basement unfinished, it would be done by staple-up from underneath, and would still be serviceable. If in basement (which is really the BEST application for this type of heat), they would be surrounded by concrete and when they fail, hopefully 50 years later, you would probably opt to quit using it. I'm considering doing this myself--it is a very DIY project (staple-up, that is)--but, so far I've found you need a dedicated boiler or the means to control the temp which has to be in the 110F range. We already have hydronic heat, but would have to adapt it. Is that what you already have? Otherwise, it seems to get rave reviews, and I guess like you I worry about the longevity (fairly new stuff, I think?) but I believe the mfrs. DO stand behind their products---just not sure if that's good enough yet. Hope some more people will contribute here, I want to find out more myself (opinions from users vs. sellers).
Q:Need advise cleaning laminate floors.?
It works great, and your floors will shine!
