Product description

COST1260 is a one part, polyurethane elastic filling sealant material. It is chemical synthesized by polyurethane, polyether and other 

macromolecule materials. Its solidifying theory is humidity solidifying. It especially applies in heat preservation and installation of 

construction industry and auto industry. It is used for felting, fixing, installation, sound insulation, heat preservation, heat insulation, 

sealing for moisture-proofing, dust-proofing, gas insulation, filling up the structural vacancy, work hole and other various crack and gap. 

It is a perfect sealing material for caulked joint project and filling joint project.

Product purpose

Sealing the gap: door frame, window frame, roof of the house, external wall joint, binding off of purdah jointing,holes and crack in sealant, filling of gap .

1. Felt: ceilings, decorative panels, door felting.

2. Seal: the pipe periphery and The insulation protection of wiring joint.

3. Frozen industry, the motor industry, shipbuilding industry, modeling industry, the electronic industry, gardening, and in many other fields 

    which need heat preservation, warm preservation, stopping leaks and insulation.

Main Properties and Characteristics

Application Adding Method

*Clean smear and dirty of the application surface and spray some water to moisten the surface before use.

*Shake the can up and down for one minute before use.

*Upside down the can and rotate the flow adjustment screw counterclockwise, by which ,together with the trigger, 

  the foam discharge rate can be regulated. 

*When filling vertical gaps, spray from down to up and the spraying volume is about half of the real volume need to fill.

*Turn off the flow adjustment screw clockwise when finishing.

*Before replacing can, shake new can vigorously, unscrew the empty can immediately and replace it with the new one.

*Before curing, the overflowing foam can be removed and cleaned with PU Cleaner either the gun or the screw adapter. 

*Foam begins to cure after ten minutes, and dried overflowing foam can be cut with a sharp knife and treat the surface 

 with cement, sand paste, coatings or silicone gel.

*Foam cures after one hour, and is stable within 3-5 hours.

Storage

In the condition of 25°C and 50%RH, it can be kept 9-12 months.
