BLACK ANNEALED WIRE
Black annealed wire is made of high-quality iron wire, mainly used as tie wire or binding wire in construction work.
We produce the annealed wire with high-quality low carbon raw materials through wire drawing, anneal process. Its soft and has good stretching resistance. The finished products are smeared with slushing oil. So they are not apt to rust. We can tie up the products according to customers requirements, ranged from1 to 50 kg each bundle. And we can also make the annealed wire into U type carbon steel wire, straight cut wire etc. It is mainly used as tie wire or binding wire in construction.
Standard specification: Wire diameter from 0. 229mm-4. 19mm
Packing: Generally inner plastic and outer flax, of course, we can also pack according to our customers' requirements.

Q:For my science project, need about 3 feet of copper wire...approx how much will that cost me? I want the wires to be pretty thin :)
no. romex, household wiring, can be as little as $0.57/ft and i bett you don't really need 3 wire, 8 gauge romex for your project...
Q:wic iring codes for turner plus three wired to uniden washington cb radio
I love wiring questions :) do you want to use the PTT? If yes you can assume it is a switch and solder it inline with the lead the other end (after the switch would be connected to the lead end of the 1/4 if you have a pigtail 1/4 then this would be the insulated wire, the ground would simply connect to the uninsulated wire if you are actually using a do it yourself 1/4 plug then the same rules apply only you are soldering to the terminal inside the plug sleeve rather then to bare wires (I always prefer this its cleaner). Please Note: The PTT switch will cause a loud pop when it is engaged and released on a Hi Gain guitar amp and sometimes this can damage the speakers as well as delicate internal components so do this of coarse at your own risk.
Q:Does anyone know what color the amp sensor wire is on a 2005 EX?
DIRECTWIRE? WIRING INFORMATION - KIA / SORENTO / 2005 / Audio Radio 12v green + Radio Groundblack - Radio Ignition green/orange + Radio Illumination red/black + Factory Amp Turn-on Power Antenna N/A LF Speaker +/-brown - black +,- radio harness or amp under driv seat RF Speaker +/- green/orange - blue/orange +,- radio harness or amp under driv seat LR Speaker +/- green - blue +,- radio harness or amp under driv seat RR Speaker +/- blue - yellow +,- radio harness or amp under driv seat Sorry this doesn't list the Amp turn on wire, but now you know a buch of wires that it is not!! Good luck...if you test with a voltmeter, the amp turn on wire should not have 12v in any key position. MikeC
Q:Suppose we have a 10v battery.one end of the battery is at 10V electric potential and other is at 0V Hence, the potential difference is 10V.if we measure the voltage( p.d.) across positive terminal at 10V and the middle of the wire connecting both ends of battery will it be less??I mean,at the middle of the wire the electric will not be zero, right??(correct me if am wrong)Thanks!!
You are right.
Q:Two wires are placed parallel to each other. What would be the effect of passinga) upward current through both wiresb) an upward current throgh one wire and a downward current through the other.Explain.
a) When the currents through both the wires are in the same direction, the magnetic field due to each midway between them, by right-hand thumb rule, will be in opposite directions. This will result in attraction between the wires. b) When the currents through both the wires are in the opposite directions, the magnetic field due to each midway between them, by right-hand thumb rule, will be in the same direction. This will result in respulsion between the wires.
Q:The outlet box has 2 black wires capped together, 2 white wires capped together, 2 bare wires capped together, and a single red wire. The light fixture I want to install is a two bulb fixture that has 2 black wires, 2 white wires, and 1 bare wire.
It is obvious from the question that you have zero knowledge of wiring. While this is an extremely basic thing to do, I think it is better to get a professional so you and your house will be safe. Electricity is too dangerous to do without even the most basic understanding of safe procedures and standards. You will get people telling you how easy this is, but I would rather have you safe than try this your self.
Q:Can I use 12-2 gauge wire on a 10 amp breaker to wire my light switches, and can I use 10 gauge wire on a 10 amp breaker? For a light fixture
Normally lighting circuits have a 15 amp breaker for protection and wired with 14 gauge wire. 14 gauge wire is good for 15 amps. 12 gauge wire is good for 20 amps. 10 gauge wire is good for 30 amps. So you can use 12 gauge wire, if you alrady have it available, but if you are going to go out and buy it, you can save some money by buing #14 wire. You can always go oversize with the WIRE just never undersized with the wire. Circuit breakerprotection is prescribed by the NEC. 15 amps for lighting and 20 amps for wall outlet power. I don't know where you even found a 10 amp breaker. ---------------------------------------... WOW! XTX has no clue what the National Electrical Code even says about this! Disregard his answer! It will get you into trouble!
Q:Okay, magnet wire is coated with some red fancy insulation. Is that just an enamel? If so, enamel coated copper wire magnet wire would be the same thing.I want to build a loudspeaker. This what I need? Are the coils used in loudspeakers the same ones used in inductor coils? One interesting question,When Faraday was experimenting with the effects of magnetism on electricity, how in the hell did he figure out the magnetic field increased with the number of turns of copper in his coils!I'm only assuming Faraday didn't have insulated copper wires.Lmao, if they aren't insulated, how in the heck is he suppose to know how much the field is increased. The Coil would just become a big conductor lol
Is that just an enamel? - Yes enamel coated copper wire magnet wire would be the same thing. - They are This what I need? - Yes Are the coils used in loudspeakers the same ones used in inductor coils? - Same principle, different design. The coil in a speaker is an air-wound coil designed to maximise the amount of wire that's sitting in the magnetic field. The ones in induction coils are usually designed to maximise the inductance in a small a space as possible, so they are wound on ferrite or iron cores. I think Faraday's thought process probably went something like I wonder what will happen if I put a lot of turns in the coil. If I use uninsulated wire it will short out, so I'd better insulate it. They didn't make him a Fellow of the Royal Society for nothing. He used cotton insulation. Some of his equipment still exists, and still works.
Q:i need to know what color the wires are to hook up a stereo in my friends truck. her factory radio was stolen and they stole the factory plug

Q:I was doing some homemade circuit wiring and had a plug wired to a push button switch, wired to the load,(lamp light) then wired back to the plug. My question is the first time around I used 14g wire and it worked fine, light came on at the push button. Second time I used the same plug, 16gauge wire wired to the switch, to the load(this time a miniature bulb that sat in a smaller version of those pull lights in closets) and then back to the plug. When it was switched on nothing happened. So I went back to the 16gauge and wired it up and the bulb popped. Is this because the wire used is to small and not rated to carry the amps provided by the wall receptacle?
Maybe an electrician would have done it better and stopped you almost killing yourself or starting a fire!
