CDL/CDLF is a kind of vertical nonself priming multistage centrifugal pump, which is driven by a standard electric motor.

The motor output shaft directly connects with the pump shaft through a coupling. 

The pressureresistant cylinder and flow passage components are fixed between pump head and inand outlet section with tiebar bolts. The inlet and outlet are located at the pump bottom at the same plane.

This kind of pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector to effectively prevent it from dry-running, out-of-phase and overload.

It can be used to convey various medium from tap water to industrial liquid at different temperature and with different flow rate and pressure.

 CDL type is applicable to conveying non-corrosive liquid, While CDLF is suitable for slightly corrosive liquid.

Assuming you are pumping into a small tank which is pressurized by the inflow of water from the pump (and the pressure also controls the pump) these reasons can be excessive use of water, the air space at the top of your tank has been absorbed into the water over a period of time and the volume of compressed air too small causing the pressure to drop too fast, or you could have leak in your water piping. If there is not enough air space in your tank, the pump will cycle extremely fast. If you don't have a tank, then the above information is incorrect. Good luck.

Q:What's the difference between a cold water pump and a hot water pump?
Cold water pump is generally packing seal, hot water pump is generally mechanical seal. If the cold water pump is used to transport hot water, the common trouble is that the shaft seal is easy to leak and the water pump is easy to damage. Generally in the design of building water supply and drainage, cold water pump and hot water pump can be selected according to the cold and hot water. Q:Efficiency of Hot Water Circulating Pumps?
Depends on what is considered efficient. Is running the circulating pump efficient on the hot water end, but not on the electricity. To me a circulating pump is best efficient when you add a return line back to the water heater via the cold water input. Then by running the circulating pump for 1 minute per hour you will have hot water almost instantly.
