Product Description:

Features of High Alumina Refractory Cement,CA-50

1.the goods has excellent high-temerperature

2.good anti-corrosion performance

3.high alumina Cement

Aluminate cement products for the alumina content of 50% -60% of the cement matrix.

Aluminate cement CA-50 series products, the main mineral phase composition of CA-phase (a calcium aluminum acid. 2 aluminum acid a calcium). Therefore, not only products with a relatively high temperature use of performance, but at the same time have a reasonable and stable hydration of the performance, rapid growth in outstanding physical strength properties

The company's production of aluminate cement CA50 series based on the development of cement hydration and the relative intensity of the physical strength to be the value of the product into different grades, so that customers according to their demand for the product and the use of conditions to choose. Meanwhile, through the production process of the optimization of product performance so that it can adapt to both the monolithic refractories different construction methods (such as: casting, injection), also can meet a variety of castable formula system, such as: the traditional combination of high alumina cement castables and medium-cement castables, the performance of the construction made by the different requirements.

This series of product does not contain any additives to

 ensure product suitability and stability.

Q:components of cement?
i assume you mean concrete which most people call 'cement.
Q:What is the paint on the surface of the cement board?
Epoxy paint and PE paint are possible, the key is better anti-corrosion performance, no sticky dirt, you can clean the hardness of the ball with a glass ball without traces
Q:rubber cement?
lOwEs oR HoMe dEpOt
Q:VINYL CEMENT? FLAMMABLE?
Define 'smoke out of.' I'm not sure what the auto-ignition temperature of the vinyl cement you're using is, there's probably an MSDS sheet on it available from the manufacturer. Depending on how much you're using, I'd be more worried about breaking down the cement with heat and inhaling any off-gassing/fumes. But its probably fine. EDIT: Also, vinyl cement probably won't work. The vinyl cements I'm familiar with use a chemical reaction with the vinyl to create heat and fuse/melt the two pieces of vinyl together. Since glass isn't vinyl, it probably won't hold (for very long, at least).
Q:My dog swallowed rubber cement!?
Call the emergency vet.
Q:what is the volume of 1 bag of cement?
Depends upon which size back you get.
Q:I want to make a DIY fishtank background out of styrofoam and cement?
Check out Fosters Smith aquarium catalog. There are special glues used for marine application. I don't think the the foam or cement will work. The fish will want to eat the foam and you will have to use a special type of cement that is non toxic. Try creating a rock wall with the marine glue. In addition you can make an interesting back drop that is placed behind the glass. Remember what ever you place in the tank will have to be removable so you can clean it. Fish dirt will collect in those areas with no filtration or current.
Q:Making ornamental concrete casts from mold. Can I use just sand & portland cement?
Erm... sand + cement = mortar. Concrete includes rocks/pebbles (reckoning on the use). purchase some waiting blend concrete from a DIY save. end of subject. 40mm deep? Will you throw down some hardcore first? appears like this would be a activity for some paving slabs which *can* be laid with little bit of mortar.
Q:Cement backerboard behind shower tile?
I carnt imagine how anything would rot behind tiles as the grout you need to use would be waterproof so im not too sure how anything could get behind there to rot them. Im no expert though, just done a lot of jobs on my home including tiling my bathroom.! We used plasterboard and tiled over the top.
Q:How many bags of cement do you have in 1 cubic meter of concrete mixed in the ratio 1:4:8?
3 x25kg bags of cement for 1 kub concrete.......what a joke !!!!! There is 16 wheel barrows in a kub of sand + stone mix (normally 50-50 sand to stone ) For every 4 wheel barrows you use 1 bag of 50kg of 32.5 cement So.....it gives you 4x50kg cement to mix 1 kub of concrete. The slump depends on what you wanna use the concrete for........it means if you need concrete for floor screeting you are going to use less water( it will be a more stiff mix ) More water added for foundations and big floor areas where you will use rolers to flatten out and after drying for about 6 hours you apply the mechanical machines for screeting. Make sure you screet through the slurry.(polish the floor and not the screet). Its better to make use of ready mix with a % fibre in the mix for big area flooring and try to work in the shade.....ok?....Happy hunting..
