FAQ

Q1: How do you control the products quality?

A1: With strict quality control system throughout the materials selection and production process, our refractory and ceramic fiber products quality is effectively controlled to meet customer requirements.

From the raw materials selecting, our quality control begin. The quality certificates of raw materials are required and each batch will be tested before using. During production, the quality control are conducted by workers and then each piece will be sorted and examined by quality supervisor.

Q2: What`s the lead time for my order?

A2: It depends on customers’ requirements and our production schedule. And usually we need 30-60 days for refractory bricks,10-25 days for unshaped refractory materials and 10-20 days for ceramic fiber blankets.

Q3: Can you offer Door-to-Door delivery?

A3: Yes, but only for some countries such us U.S., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Russia, etc.

Q:What is the heat preservation material used in a laboratory furnace?
Thermal insulation cotton is a high-purity clay clinker, alumina powder, silica powder, chromium sand and other raw materials in the industrial furnace melting at high temperature, forming fluid. Then, compressed air is used to blow or use the wire throwing machine to turn the yarn into a fiber shape. After the cotton collector is collected, the cotton is formed into a heat preservation cotton. The high alumina brick is usually made of high alumina clinker with small amount of clay. After grinding, the high alumina brick is poured and shaped in the form of slurry by the way of gas generation or foam, and it is burnt at 1300~1500 DEG C. Sometimes industrial alumina can be used instead of some bauxite clinker. Used for lining and insulation of masonry kilns, as well as for areas where there is no strong, high temperature molten material erosion and erosion. When contacting the flame directly, the surface contact temperature shall not be higher than 1350 degrees centigrade.
Q:Introduction of high alumina brick
Three alumina silicate refractory product with a content of two Al2O3 (48%).
Q:What are the requirements for Rubble backfill height?
Backfill should be filled with large stones, big face, small face upward, the decoration is stable, and then use small stones leveling, the gap between the stones can be swept into the slag, gravel, so that the gap filled.
Q:What's the difference between high alumina refractory bricks and high alumina refractory bricks?
The chemical pH value of high alumina refractory brick belongs to neutral and alkaline refractory brick, and clay refractory brick belongs to neutral and acid refractory brick.
Q:What are ordinary bricks, refractory bricks, hollow bricks?
Hollow brick is divided into cement hollow brick, clay hollow brick, shale hollow brick. In March 2011 Yunnan Yingjiang earthquake occurred in 5.8, the use of cement hollow brick houses collapsed and killed several people, due to safety concerns that Yunnan intends to disable the cement brick, Shandong Qingdao in the construction of real estate has also been halted the use of cement hollow brick. Professional claims in the construction industry argue that the prohibition of the use of such statements is unscientific and unprofessional. Misleading the public, it must be corrected. Hollow brick is only a kind of building material, and it is no problem to use it in scientific way. Hollow brick in use is very scientific, high quality requirements, the investigation of the foundation is suitable for the use of hollow bricks, how to design, construction, cement and other related ingredients, there are no problems. According to strict procedures, scientific use, strict implementation of relevant national standards, the use of qualified hollow bricks, there is no problem. Similarly, if the use of solid bricks does not strictly comply with the relevant standards of the state, the same will be a problem.
Q:Which is faster for heat transfer between corundum bricks or high alumina bricks?
There must be a difference. They vary in color from the amount of aluminum, the weight, the temperature, and the color.
Q:Density of high alumina bricks
High alumina brick by aluminum content is divided into four grades, three grade high alumina bricks content of not less than fifty-five percent, two grade high alumina bricks content of not less than 65, a high aluminum brick content of not less than 75, super high aluminium brick content above 85. As for the high aluminum brick shape, in addition to the standard high alumina brick, high alumina brick and general type, also called special high alumina brick, if the shape is very irregular it is usually called the specific type of high alumina brick, in short, to customized according to the specific use of kiln.
Q:The difference between ordinary and diatomite brick refractory brick
Insulation products made from diatomaceous brick and porous diatomite. The main raw material is natural porous diatomite, and then a small amount of clay and fuel are added. The volume density of diatomite brick was 0.7g/cm3, compressive strength at room temperature is 1 ~ 2MPa, the coefficient of thermal conductivity at 400 C for 0.13 ~ 0.20W/ (M - K), the apparent porosity is greater than 70%, the coefficient of thermal expansion (1280 degrees) 0.9 x 10 - 6 DEG -1, refractoriness is greater than 1250 DEG C. Mainly used in industrial kilns and other thermal equipment, thermal pipes insulation materials, generally withstand the hot surface temperature of about 1000 degrees celsius. Mainly used in industrial kilns and other thermal equipment, thermal pipes insulation materials, generally withstand the hot surface temperature of about 1000 degrees celsius.
Q:The difference between aluminium refractory and magnesia refractory
Magnesia refractory belongs to alkaline refractory materials refers to refractory products such as magnesia magnesia brick magnesium iron spinel magnesium aluminum spinel magnesia ramming materials and other products of raw materials is the main crystal phase is periclase magnesia products
Q:What are the lining structures of lime rotary kilns and what are the requirements for refractories?
The current configuration of domestic calcining active lime rotary kiln refractories are as follows: the discharge end of low cement high alumina castable with 3% steel fiber; the cooling zone and the firing zone: dry magnesia spinel brick with high aluminum brick with high temperature; preheating: high alumina brick; low temperature preheating zone: clay brick light clay brick; feeding end: low cement high alumina castable with 3% steel fiber; in addition, brick size also have the corresponding requirements; dimensional tolerances: dimensional tolerances used in different parts of the requirements are not the same, the general control in 2mm; corner damage: general permit edge damage 40mm and 5mm deep within angle loss in the hot and cold surface is allowed to have only one, three edges and the length of not more than 50mm; there are cracks parallel to the use of surface crack is not allowed, cracks of brick surface are allowed.
