I was wondering what happened to all the dust if there is no filter. I wonder if it just moves it somewhere else? I am sure it is all about selling selling selling they don't care about the consumers b/c now all vacuums are like $200.+ I remember when they were like $50!

When I went to wal-mart to look at new vacuum cleaners I became rather confused and bewildered over the selection. I have been left behind with the 1970's style vacuums. In my opinion they are not worth the money you pay for them. Fine for tiny little messes like spilt dust but not for anything else. You spend more time cleaning them out than using them. I wouldnt waste my money on them. Much better to buy a smaller sized vacuum cleaner rather than a mini one.

Q:I really need a cheap vacuum cleaner for an art project exam,I know they can't sell them in most charity chops, I've heard the council may do some kind of scheme where they take used or old vacuum cleaners and give them to poorer households, I'd like to know more about this. If it takes a bag, it could be that it needs to be emptied out, if it has a canister that collects all the stuff it picks up then you probably need to replace the filter. If it's a burnt rubber smell, then it's your belt for sure. * If you can not replace the entire filter then have your dad blow it out with a compressor.*
