Q:What are the phone, power, and cable companies in Pomona, Ca?
Verizon for phone SCE (So cal edison) for power Charter? for cable I think. Get Direct TV it's better Gas is So cal gas.
Q:I want to install a Bazooka Powered Sub (EL84-HP) to my car. I currently have a Pioneer 4-channel 600-watt amp that has a direct power line from the battery. However, I do not want to run another power line from my battery to my Bazooka sub, which has it's own built-in 100-watt sub. Would it be OK to connect the power cable only from my Pioneer amp to my Bazooka sub?
It's not necessarily the best way to do it, but it will certainly work, provided that the power wire running to the Pioneer amp is thick enough to adequately supply both amplifiers. Usually a 100-watt Bazooka tube doesn't require all that much current. Don't daisy-chain the ground wire, though; ground the Bazooka amp separately.
Q:I am missing pin 20 for my ATX motherboard power connector (which is normal). But I am also missing pinouts and a few wires from other connectors like PCI-e, Peripheral connectors, and even SATA connectors. But here is the thing, all the missing pinouts go INTO the POWER SUPPLY? So are all these intentional, or is it a flaw? Thanks!
It is very common for some pins in a standard connector to be unused on certain devices, especially power connections, because there are always redundant pins to the same power connection.
Q:My setup is an alpine MRX-M100 powering 2 alpine type R 12's on 4 ohm, and also an old eclipse PA 5422 speaker amp. The main thing is I have 4 gauge running from my battery to my amps, but I have this sort of distribution block that turns the 4 gauge wire into 2 8 gauge wires. I know that this probably isn't the best for the MRX-M100, but it's all I had or what I could afford at the time. The main thing I wanted to ask was is this bad for the amp, and what would it be like if I had 0 gauge coming off the battery so then it would be 4 gauge going to the amps? Would it be louder? Could I turn it up higher? because right now if I turn up the volume past a certain point the subs will just stop playing. If I just shut off my head unit and turn it back on they start up again. Your thoughts and recommendations would be appreciated!
then (big three upgrade)watch a video on this.its some wiring upgrades under the hood.if your sub woofer is cutting out like you said its not getting enough power.any charging system upgrades you can do will help.remember this the alternator is the heart of your charging system if you have a chance to swap this out at least buy one that puts out at least double the amps that your factory alternator is putting out.this will not harm your car and will do wonders for your sound system.
Q:I was walking through the bush recently and I noticed that there were cable towers separated by a valley. How would they get the cable between the towers when there is a cliff on either side?
There once was a contest to see who could fly a kite across the Niagara river. The winner would receive a cash prize. The kite string was tied to a stronger string and pulled across. Each time a stronger string, then a rope, and then electric cable. Helicopters can be used instead of a kite, but they still use rope to pull the cable across because the metal in the cable is too heavy.
Q:I got two hard drives. The cable connecting the hard drive has 2 connectors, does it matter which connector goes to the master drive and which goes to the slave drive? same question regarding the power supply. 2 connectors on the power cable, the order matters?
it doesn't matter which power cable you use for your hard drive. however, the hdd cable is different story. I am assuming you have EIDE cable. If you just have one hard drive connecting, then it doesn't matter which connector you use. If you have 2 hard drive connecting with one cable, either you have to change the jumper setting so one HDD will be master other one will be slave. Another way is to change the jumper setting on both HDD to cable select; in this case, the hard drive connected at the end connector will be master and the hard drive connected to middle connector will be slave.
Q:i have a 99 T reg subaru impreza turbo 2000, i want to install my amps and subs myself and i undestand the principal of what i need to do i just cant seem to find any obviouse way of getting the wiring kit power cable from the battery to the inside of the car. can anybody help?
okay, you must look on the right h, side under your hood, theres normally a small gap that you could run a cable through and it comes out on the passenger side underneath the cubbie hole,,,if it doesnt, you have to look under by where the cubbie hole is and you should see the wire...you run it under the panels that cover the seat belts and as u step in the back...its a plastic black cover,,,you will be able to run it from the front right into the boot
Q:what can i do so i can use my DL burner on my new pc?
EIDE (Enhanced IDE) is no longer a standard on most computers which uses SATA. In turn, they also use different power connections. The channel cable is dependent on the mother board, but the power supply is dependent on the power box. If there is an IDE channel, but no power cable, you have only two options. 1. Buy a new SATA based drive. 2. But a new power supply. Buying a new power supply to replace the one you have is definitely a void of warranty. You are much better off with a new drive.
Q:Did not find the relevant norms. Fiber optic cable should not be affected by interference, electric corrosion this piece without taking into account? More
The final settlement is the completion of the drawings, the first to complete the map on the right, clear
Q:I'm putting in my new power supply and gotta take out the old. But there isnt any clips to slide the cables out. I don't want to pull to hard and damage anything. How do you get it out. Do you pull hard? Help me.
You have to pull quite hard. Just try to pull from the plastic part, and not on the cord itself. if you're carefull you could try to grab the connector with pliers. Just be carefull you don't bang something.
