Prison work out! use your body weight and up your calorie intake and you should muscle up... Your not going to grow over night, but if you do this for a few months...(like at least 5) and you hit it hard with the push ups pull ups and so forth, you pack on some muscle. Might not gain weight though, just tone up what you are now. if you have like 200 bucks to spend, buy the P90X! people might hate on this program because it's on late at night tv. Trust me if you use this program you will litterally change in 90 days just like the people on tv!!!! It super hard, but anything that buffs you up that fast isn't easy which is why people hate on it, because they can't hang. It's a complete at home system, no gym, little stuff to buy and just stick to the program and it works. If you just want to gain weight, not very healthy, but stop doing anything and play xbox live and stuff your face!!! If you do this for 5 months straight and pound back the fast food, and you don't gain at least 20 pounds, I envy you, because all it takes for me to is a week of fast food and soda's and I could go up 5-15 pounds easy! Check that P90X out I did it to prepare for my Police academy. Won't lie couldn't hang with the diet program and had to take days off here and there but I went from doing 3 pull ups and 25 push ups set to 35 pull ups and at least 60 push up sets!

Both answers above me are good. However i would like to add, that there is the theory that viruses could be the result of genome reduction taken to extreme levels. They may have started out as a normal microbe but got more efficiant and lost most of their genome. In the end you have a Virus. Its much easier to use things that already exist then to make them yourself. You would rather buy a car then to design and build one for yourself from scratch. However there are some viruses who dont need that much help from cells. Pox viruses for example need just a few ribosomes and tRNA and they are happy. Adeno associated virus however is so lazy it needs another virus present in order to replicate.

Q:Can you operate heavy machinery if your taking adderall xr?i just got a good job recently and i also got my prescription for adderall which i have been on and off since i was 13 or so .... it really helps me focus and with life in general ...but i was wondering that if an employer knew i was on this drug would i lose the job.... i'm going to have to tell them soon anyway seeing as how there are drug tests . i took a pre employment drug test and passed ...2 days later i received the adderall again (nothing to do with the test) and adderall shows up as an amphetamine . i just need some peace of mind about the situation i really don't want to lose this job.. if anything i feel i could operate the equipment better now . could they fire me for being on this?
