It is used at 48v in 'Power-over-Ethernet' applications (PoE). I would suggest that if you can, put your voltage regulator (if you've got one!) at the far end (the end to be powered) of the CAT5e run - you will be affected less by cable impedances and fluctaution caused by differing return currents (from LED's). Also, lower the impedance of your logic signals (perhaps use some 4K7 resistors on the logic inputs) to reduce the risk from static or induced currents/voltages.

Q:i want pull a data cable and instrument cable in a conduit please any one suggest me can i pull the cable or need some gape between serial signal and analog signal: As long as the RS-422 cable is twisted pair, I don't see any chance of interference between cables. The RS-422 line is terminated with a resistor of the same impedance as the twisted pair wires, further insuring the wires don't act like an antenna. I have used RS-422 over a mile without noise pick up in standard telephone cable. Do pay attention to isolating the 422 receiver IC from ground, because inside the IC there are paths to local ground. If there is a difference of over a few volts between the driver ground and receiver ground, one of the the ICs will blow up. The distance has nothing to do with the ground potential differences.

Li-ion batteries life cycles are dependent on how old they are and how often they are used. There is no set number to how many times you can charge it before it goes dead. Most cell phones and other portable devices have charge shut off circuitry that prevents over charging. But if you don't like your cell to continuously charge, I would suggest removing the battery after you plug it in and see if you can still sync to it.
