EWD-RLG-SJ3 elevator load weighing device
l This system can be adopted to all kinds of fixed car 2:1 traction drive elevator with three-way programmable switch output.
l Main features:
1. Equipped with variety of intelligent sensors: A. Ultrathin “disc” type load sensor to direct detect the changes of the car load, there is no need to change the traction taper sleeve rod；B. Choosing the character “王” intelligent tension sensor with easier installation；C. The convex stress intelligent sensor is specially suitable for elevator manufacturer. D. Adopting the character “一” load sensor.
2. All operating parameters can be set at the spot.
3. The unique programmable output signal control method can meet the the requirements of the weighing signal of varieties of fixed car platform.
4. It is easy to operate the self-learning model at the spot. The user can choose 20~100% rated self-learning model or rated set model（for type “A”）, quite easy to operate.
5. With the ability to amend the working parameters automatically and
self-adoption intelligent landing compensation.
l Technical parameters
Being applicable to all traction elevators fixed car platform (less than 60 landings) with the load of 500kg-5000kg.
Auto accommodating to the following compensation methods: Up and down leveling; ②Up command +door zone; ③Fuzzy and intelligent.
Elevator Rated Capacity/200 (Example: The rated capacity is 1000kg, and the sensitivity is 5 kg) [This data may be affected by elevator mechanical performance]
The method of circuit parallel connection is applicable to the signal source system of DC 12-32V. Also, the interior fault of this system does not affect the original operation mode of elevator.

①3-channel programmable output models are: no load, light load, semi load, full load, heavy load, rated load, and overload(customer may set the changing range freely.)
②Each channel can be programmed as dynamic Close or Open contact.
③ Contact Capacity: DC/AC 48V/100mA
Overall Compensation Range 0-10V, -10V~+10V. 0V~+5V

Description of the System Controller Terminals：
l Working principle and installation method:
With the adoption of highly accurate intelligent ”tension” or ”load” and “stress” sensors, the electric signal produced by elevator car load changing is tested and inspected. System sensor installed at the traction rope hitch: Type “EWD-LG-SJ3”：With the adoption of serial communication technology, the signal can be transmitted remotely,
highly accurately without loss.；Type “EWD-RLG-SJ3”：There is an 8-meter-long signal transmitting cable with the sensor. And the single-chip built-in the controller may do scientific calculations fulfilling the aim of weighing the effective load in elevator car.
Sensor of EWD-GA/ GB/ GC/ GD
1. For sensor in conjunction with EWD-GW1transducer, a cable
of 1 meter long is supplied with it.
2. For directly connected sensor, default length of the cable supplied with it is 8 meters.

Be applied to elevator of 2:1 roping drive with the rope hitch at
the car top. The sensor uses 2 wires of the car traveling cable for serial communication with the controller.
