Q:There doesnt seem to be any brackets. We attached the cabinet to the wall and attached the drain and water supply but the sink itself isnt secured to anything and doesnt seem safe.: If the sink sits in a cut-out in the top of the cabinet, the plumbing should pull it down tight enough. It should all be adjustable for that purpose. If it sits on top of an open cabinet, the answer above should work. Caulk it to the back wall and to the top edges of the cabinet and then, again, adjust the plumbing to hold it down tight. By adjust I mean, the drain is on a telescopic system where as you loosen the collar, push the sink down tight and then tighten the collar. The water feeds can then be bent to pull them up tight too.

Q:serious answers only please without me calling a plumber: Use a shop vac that is approved for water, or disassemble the trap.

Q:I checked for a valve under the sink to see if it possibly wasn't open all the way but i did not see any valves. The cold water pressure is fine in the bathroom sink but hot water has been horrible since I moved in 7 months ago. Kitchen, and bathtub hot water pressure is just fine. The sink appeared to be newer if not brand new when I moved in. I live in the city, if that helps to know that I have city water and not well water. Q:I already tried lemon juice, baking soda, comet. Please help me: I've not seen it in a while, but there is a product called Restore4. That stuff is sprayed on the dry sink and scrubbed off maybe 15 minutes later. But do the whole sink because it will look brand new. The stuff is amazing. I used in on a 25 year old kitchen sink in the home my daughter just bought. We thought it was a yellow sink but cleaned up white and sparkling. I need some more.

Q:Does anyone have these bathroom sinks?: It may sound dumb, but I hate these sinks and I'll tell you why. With a traditional undermount sink or a counter that has a sink built in, the height is perfect to reach in and wash your hands. With these new bowl sinks or topmount sinks, you significantly raise the height and your forearms have a tendency to touch the sides of the bowl. It's the stupidest reason but I cant stand adjusting to new heights in kitchens or bathrooms. You get comfortable with standard heights and readjusting after so many years just becomes an annoyance.

Q:how to unglue a bathroom sink from the wall?: you cant unglue something like that, it can be possible to pry it off the wall if it is sheetrock, the paper on the sheetrock might give before the sink breaks. if it is siliconed around the edges, as some contractors use this as a way to fasten sinks to the wall, then cut it with a utility knife and pry around it as you go. if it is constuction glue on plaster, your screwed unless you have a diamond grinder to cut the wall around the sink and pry it off that way. also, if it is silicone, make sure to cut around the outside edge so you dont tear the paper up the wall
