1. For Glazed Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.
- Q:I want to remove all the white tiles in my kitchen as some are broken, others don‘t match up and basicially who ever tiled it initially may have been intoxicated, some have come off easy, but others are stuck on tight, tried using a chisel hammer to smash them, but they would splinter and smash like glass, does anyone know a easier less messier way i can do this?
- Well- this is demo and its never pretty. Try getting behind it and working it with a pry bar, Perhaps it will come off in bigger pieces . Please wear gloves and googles as tile shards will cut you like a razor.

- Quarry tiles are genreally considered safe to bake on. The concern is with glazed tiles which may contain and may release lead in your oven - not a good thing! Unglazed quarry tiles are thick and are made of fired clay, basically as it comes from the ground. Thus it has other things in it besides clay. Ceramic tiles are generally thinner and but stronger. This is because they are made from refined clay in a powdered form. The end result is a more uniform tile, thus it is stronger.
- Q:Okay the apartment i live in was built in the 60‘s and unfortunately everything is completely out of date. Trying to get the maintnence people out is more of a hastle than help. So im trying to do this myself. - Q:Thinking of putting tile on front porch. It has a couple minor cracks. Is there anything that I can put down so that the Tiledoesn‘t crack in the future.
- You definately need to fix the cracks or fill them. If you put tile over them then the tile will just crack in time. Using concrete quik set to fill the cracks, then a fine layer of thinset to level should do the job.
- Q:Suggestions and stories needed. We have 3 kids, 2 dogs (inside). I am on the fence. We bought stuff for doing the tile but now I am thinking laminate.
- Both are good choices. Tile is more durable but its cold in the winter and harder on the feet. Laminate has a warmer feel and the pad gives it a little bit softer feel. Plus glass objects don't always break when you dop them on it. But it can be damaged a lot easier than tile. I am not saying its easily damaged, by no means, its very durable and will with stand 3 kids and 2 dogs. Laminate is also not recommended in high moister areas. As far as maintaining the floors, Laminate is easier just wipe it up a few times a month and your good to go. Tile needs the grout to be sealed and needs to be scrubbed when t gets real dirty.

- Q:We are laying 18 x 18 porcelain tiles in our kitchen for an open house we‘re having in 6 days. We can‘t figure out when and how to tile under the refrigerator. - Your refrigerator should have an adjustment at the front, just lower your frige push back at the top of frige, and put some blocking back far enough so you can set your tile. Make sure the tile is far enough under the frige. Lay your tile, and grout. Then push back the frige, remove the blocks, and adjust your wheels as needed.
- Q:I am putting in a wood stove and want to make a mural behind it - should I tile the board and then put it up, or tile it on the wall. I am using wall spacers and cement board. - Your best bet is going to be to go to your local craft store. They have mosiac tiles and grout you can buy. It would probably be a lot easier on you to put the mural onto the board first, then mount the board on the wall where you want it. How big the mural end up being is purely a matter of your choice, but before you actually mount them and tile them you will want to lay out the design so that you can have a solid idea of where everything needs to be, and whether you have enough tiles to do the job. If you don't want to buy the tiles they have at the craft store, I have heard of people using old dishes, broken up and used. Some people go to garage sales looking for dishes just for this reason.
- Q:Tile setters? I paid someone to tile my bathroom floor using the 1 in hex tiles meshed together in 12 x 12 in pieces. Ive seen that type of tile done before and it each tile looks evenly spaced. The tiles he installed for me look like they were installed in 12 x 12 pieces as the perimeter of the meshed tiles has much wider grout lines than the interior. He says its normal and it happened because the floor is uneven but he installed the hardybacker himself so he should have leveled it.
- You are not being unreasonable. The 12 by 12 mesh backed 1 inch tile should not show a larger grout line at the edges than they do in the center. All grout lines should be equal. Your tile guy is not being honest with you. I'd try everything, including Judge Judy, to get him to tear it out and do it again. Good luck!
