Coffee grinders are sometimes more important than coffee machines, and many players recommend the "sawtooth Grinder" because it can grind evenly and quickly and evenly. Choose to buy the grinding machine, it should pay attention to the power, usually between 70 watts to 150 watts, the higher the better, high power grinder, grinding speed, coffee powder stuck in between the saw teeth in a relatively short time, relatively low temperature to grind the coffee powder. Grind out the coffee powder, the thickness should be uniform, to ensure that the extraction can be even, in order to make a good coffee. The sawtooth is also called the ghost tooth, and the ghost gear is generally not suitable for grinding very fine powder, so it is only suitable for black coffee.
