5.FAQ of Garden Screen Decoration Reed Manufactuer

How to do daily cleaning?

Only use the brush to clean dust from the gap, and then use a clean wet cloth wipe.

Q:I made hundreds when I lived in the states from a old copy of BHG that was at the restaurant I worked at. I would like to make one but can't remember the recipe (never that that'd be possible). It didn't have cornstarch I know that it just used flour....anyone please???
2-2/3 cups milk 1 cup sugar 1/3 cup cornstarch Dash salt 2 beaten eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla 1-1/2 cups coconut, toasted 1 recipe Baked Pastry Shell (see recipe below) Whipped cream (optional) Directions 1. Prepare Baked Pastry Shell. Cool. Meanwhile, for filling, in 2-quart saucepan, cook and stir the milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt over medium-high heat until bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. 2. Gradually stir about 1 cup of the hot mixture into the beaten eggs. Return all of the mixture to the saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil; reduce heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla. 3. Sprinkle coconut into pastry shell. Top with filling. Cover with plastic wrap and chill about 3 hours or until set. To serve, dollop with whipped cream and sprinkle with additional coconut, if you like. Makes 8 servings. Baked Pastry Shell: Stir together 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Using a pastry blender, cut in 1/3 cup shortening until pieces are pea-size. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cold water over part of the mixture; gently toss with a fork. Push moistened dough to the side of the bowl. Repeat moistening dough, using 1 tablespoon cold water at a time, until all the dough is moistened (4 to 5 tablespoons cold water total). Form dough into a ball. On a lightly floured surface, use your hands to slightly flatten dough. Roll dough from center to edge into a circle about 12 inches in diameter. To transfer pastry, wrap it around the rolling pin. Unroll pastry into a 9-inch pie plate. Ease pastry into pie plate, being careful not to stretch pastry. Trim pastry to 1/2 inch beyond edge of pie plate. Fold under extra pastry. Crimp edge as desired. Generously prick bottom and side of pastry in pie plate with a fork. Prick all around where bottom and side meet. Line pastry with a double thickness of foil. Bake in a 450 degree F oven for 8 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 5 to 6 minutes more or until golden. Cool on a wire rack.
Q:I am babysitting two children this summer, ages 3 and 6. I don't have transportation available to me, and their home is not within walking distance of anything. In brainstorming ideas of what to do, I thought of doing a garden with them. However, their parents rent a home and don't have a very large yard, so we can't have one in the ground. What are some plants that can handle living and producing in pots?I want to do veggies or flowers that can be cut- things that they can take pride in having grown.Help????? My thumb is more black than green...
there are plenty of vegetable's that can be grown in pots cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, there is a variety of carrots that is small but the season is short and the carrots are supposed to be pretty sweet. As for flowers some of the fun ones for children might be johnny jump ups(they are always happy because they have a smile on there face) Pansy's, snapdragons, petunias and nasturtiums. There are so many different kinds of flowers that would work you might just want to pick out a few different colors so you have a variety. Good luck and have fun !
Q:i was reading an old better homes and gardens magazine while i got my oil changed and i saw a really neat picture frame... it was like different pictures of architecture / buildings / other things manmade not ... and each picture looked like a letter it spelled out a last name - the one used in the magazine was quot;DAVISquot; it had a website to go to where you could search the pictures custom order one .. i forgot it i can't find it or anything even like it on the internet ... does anyone know what the heck i'm talkin' about?
Just okorder and ask them...
Q:In the book it describes different ways you can use stuff that you would throw away, ex. such as lint from a dryer, you would save it and put it in a orange bag so the birds can go to it and make their nests. Another example from the book, it tells you that you can take a kiddie pool and make your own little pond by digging a hole and placing the pool in the hole, then you simply get water plantlife and create an exotic mini-pond. Another tip it gives is by planting tomatoes in 5-gallon buckets and hanging them upside down for clean big and red tomatoes. Also there is one where it says you can plant potatoes in a 5-gallon bucket and when they are ready for picking you can just dump out the bucket for easier harvesting. If anyone has any idea of the name of the book please respond. The title has something to do with saving you loads of money throughout the year.
This okorder . You can search for the book by catagory. I would start with home and garden. You might also want to try search phrases like money saving tips, home recycling tips, and others. I'll bet it won't take you long to find it. Good luck with your search.
Q:new cleaning, home organizing and lawn and garden care business. Looking for ideas on a name that include the word quot;starquot;
What about Asterisk? That does not exactly include the word star, but resembles a conventional image of a star. An asterisk is usually five-pointed when typed and six-pointed when handwritten. The asterisk is derived in feudal times as a symbol to indicate date of birth. The original shape was seven-armed, each arm like a teardrop shooting from the center. * * *
Q:ok so i went to the beach on vacation and i found some seashells and it said when i found them that i could display them in my home or garden but idk how to do that and i have the sims 2 seasons so i actually have a garden and im not sure if it means that garden or the plants and stuff!!
In your sims home they can just stick it on a shelf. I'm not so sure about the garden. I was just thinking they can put it on the edge of the garden (like a border if you have a lot of shells). I usually just have my sims sell the seashells :)
Q:Hi, I have a copy of the Better Homes and Gardens Bread Cookbook from 1963. In there is a recipe for Hopping Bunny Bread. The picture with the recipe shows two versions of the finished bread: one has the bunnies shaped in a curlicue type of fashion, with a head, body, tail and ears. The other version is simpler, just a twist of bread that resembles a bunny from the back, with a tail at the bottom. I have the cookbook but we moved and a lot of my books are in storage, and I won't be able to look for this book until after Easter. This bread is a tradition in my house...I bake enough for my family and for my parents too. I do remember that there is orange juice in the bread dough. If anyone has this recipe or cookbook and can give me the recipe I will really appreciate it!
I okorder Customer Service (upper right corner of the page) and ask them for the recipe. It's not on their website, but they should have access to all of their older recipe books. And once they see it's a requested recipe, they might add it to their website. You could suggest that to them since your family and friends enjoy it so much. Sorry I can't help you more.
Q:why are you there? and what did you fix me for dinner, cuz i'm seriously tired!xDHome Garden gt; Decorating Remodelinghaha
I'm sitting on your couch because it's comfy, and I've got some lasagna in the oven keeping warm till you're ready to eat ^_^
Q:Is it slob-ish to hang out barefoot in your own home / garden?
i dont like people that wear shoes inside so im always in bare feet at home, however i think it is slobbish to wear bare feet in public eg: grocery store or places like that.
Q:i'm about to plant a garden this year but since i have a dog, i have to be sure the plants are non toxic to him. i would appreciate it if someone gave me a list of all the edible and safe plants for dogs.thanx!
