Q:Hi i would like to ask what is the diference between the two versions of wiring the RJ 45 connector. when I was making my first networking cable, i used the wiring according to an image that only was using/connecting four wires into the connector. the cable works and works well. Now i found plenty of other images, all of them reccomending the full /eight wires/ connecting. Do I run my network on lower Mbits/sec? what are the other four wires used for? Thanks

You should terminaqte all 8 wires even when running at 100M 10M speeds are ok using just the 4, but at 100M, while the unused pairs do not carry a signal, they do help with attenuation.

Electricity is too dangerous to be playing with if you don't know what you are doing. This is such a basic issue that it makes it obvious that you would be putting yourself and others in danger by you doing it. Based on the wording, I don't think you are even using the correct terminology. There is way more to learn to safely do this than can be said here. Get a professional to do this. Among other things, if you do it wrong, there is a risk of the building catching on fire. That is in addition to the electrocution risk to you while doing the work and for other people after the work is done.

I would need to hear this term used in context. It could mean the gauge of the 'hot' wire which would refer to the size of the wire being used to conduct the positive ('hot') flow of electricity.

I am not sure what bucktails are, but a good place to buy coils of wire is a hardware store or farm store. You should be able to get aluminum wire, galvanized wire, or mechanics wire (black/brown)

Home supply stores sell books with instructions for wiring projects. In North America, install two additional branch circuits; use 12 gauge NM-B wire for outlets (remember to put a GFI as the first outlet on the network), with a 20 amp breaker; use either 12 or 14 gauge wire for lighting circuits. (Use a 15 amp breaker if you use 14 gauge.) The feeder cables get run from the garage to the main breaker box; if there isn't room for two additional breakers there, replace a couple of the existing breakers with duplex breakers.

No. CAT 5 is made for data transfer and not for something where interferences are likely to cause trouble. I would recommend using speaker wire, and only speaker wire. Speaker wire contains more stands or finer wire. This reduces the rick of line static and feedback to generate. Also, the insulation on speaker wire is much better than that of CAT 5.

Wire it, let it grow a bit. Then, as necessary, undo the wire, then rewire it to fit the new size. An alternative is to append weights, or tie strings to other objects or parts of the plant instead of wiring a whole branch.

Q:I plugged in my new Pioneer DEH-P6500it worked for a little bit until i moved it around a littlethe speakers started to go out but the subs still sounded finei messed around with it and found the wire responsible for it allits a red wireit says AAC or somethingif i messed with the copper twist the speakers would come in and outi stripped the wire a little and put it back together but now the head unit wont even turn onand im also left with like 2 inches of red wireis my only option to get a new pioneer wire harness?what is the problem?the red wire i think supplies the power to the whole head unit because when its not connected, the whole thing turns onbut only the speakers go on and off when i messed with itbut it wont turn on anymore

You may have blown a fuse. Check the fuse on the back of the radio and your car fuse for the radio.
