Q:Which is the hot wire in nob and tube wiring?
In Knob and Tube wiring system the black is the hot wire. KT is no longer an approved wiring since the insulation will deteriorate over the years and no ground wire is present. It should be completely removed as soon as possible. The wire with the white paint is probably the neutral wire. To verify this, take a conductor from the neutral buss of the panel and run it to the outlet, then use a solenoid tester to read the voltage.
Q:Does anybody do it yourself put a new wire onto your phone outside the wire ?
anything after the demarcation (demarc) is your problem, anything on the telco side of the demarc is the local telco's problem. on your side, you can basically do what ever you want, but if you do it wrong, the telco has the right and OBLIGATION to disconnect your service. There are many sites on the internet that can instruct you in the Bell Standard Practice to wire your own phones. Just maintain the BSP and all will be right with the world.
Q:1983 honda rebel wiring diagram?
Not to be rude, but that bike only has about 4 wires. What do you need to know?
Q:lighting/wiring issue?
You would need an additional run of 2/14 wire ( 14 gauge wire , black, white and ground ) to go from the switch box to one of the fixtures for this to work. All of the bare grounds in the switch box would be joined with one going to the ground terminal on the switch. All of the common ( white ) wires in the switch box would be joined with a wire nut. The black wire supplying power to the switch would go on the side with the single terminal. One of the black wires to one light would go on one of the terminals on the other side. The new black wire would go on the other terminal on that same side.
Q:Wire Transfer?
It depends on your bank. Some banks have over their company's Intranet system a template for you to fill out a wire transfer. However, you must check with your bank because I am sure for security purposes, you will have a lot of paperwork to fill out. But this usually applies to Corporate customers. Personal customers like yourself will have to physically go into your local bank. -The branch where you opened up your account to do the wire transfer. Again, for security reasons, you will have to fill out and sign forms and they need to match your signature to what they have on file at the branch- namely your signature card when you opened up your account. Some banks also require you to fill out a wire transfer agreement just to even do wires. So the answer is no. You cannot do a wire transfer over your computer. Once again, depending on the bank, you might be able to fill out a template that the bank might have on their website. But you cannot effect a wire transfer from your own computer. Make sure you have the wiring instructions from the person you are sending the money to. You will need the bank name (bank address is really not needed so tell your bank that- unless it is a foreign wire), the banks 9 digit ABA/Routing Number. The Beneficiary name, and finally the beneficiary account number.- Plus of course the amount you wish to have wired. Once you provide that info to your bank, they will take care of the rest.
Q:Subaru outback aftermarket wiring?
There are two wires that you must hook up. One is for continuous power so that the settings are saved, the other is for power to the radio. If you had purchased your equipment from Crutchfield, you would have gotten free installation instructions and a wiring harness that would hook directly to your Subaru wiring - saving you a great deal of time and trouble.
Q:Tap and cutting wires?
The instructions seem pretty straight-forward. T-Taps and squeeze-connectors are basically the same thing; achieving the same results, which is to add a connection to an existing wire without interrupting the line. Just make sure you use the right size and type, meaning; don't use a low-voltage connector for a high-voltage application... You'd just fry it up. For the cut wires, I'd use crimp-connectors and some shrink-wrap. Again, using the correct connector. You can use wire-nuts, but the crimp-connectors are a more permanent fix. Good luck to ya.

Go get an HVAC technician to install it. You'll have at lot less headaches
Q:califronia electrical code - box wiring?
no. the number of wires in the box is restricted based on the volume of the box but the number of wires entering a knock out is restricted by the size of the conduit or the cable type connected to the knock out.
