Product Description:

1.    The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.
4. It adopts standard sections (for models of over 12t) of piece assembly structure, split structure stock, and assembled platform, which meet the transport requirements for standard container.
5. The extra-long boom is designed with a rope-supporting trolley, and the speed of which is 1/2 of that of the luffing trolley, which can achieve the most optimum rope-supporting effect. The structure has applied for national patent.
6. The lifting mechanism adopts speed regulation by frequency control or by eddy current brake series resistance, featuring good lifting performance; The slewing system adopts frequency control by torque electric motor or by coil winding type electric motor with hydraulic coupler, featuring smooth operation and small slewing impact.
7. All kinds of safety devices are reliable and easy to adjust; both the safety monitoring control system and traditional safety system are available, the double system ensures safety operation of the tower crane; the hydraulic system adopts low/medium pressure design, featuring higher safety and reliability.

Q:Reason why some contruction cranes/wrecking ball cranes use tires.?
It really depends on the terrain or the platform where this crane will stand.. If it is in a muddy or sandy terrain, then they may opt to use a chain tire. Cranes, dont merely rely on the tires. Cranes use outriggers. These are the extending arm of the crane. This hydraulically operated mechanism goes out of the cranes body, extends and extablished itself at four corners and sits at the ground to provide leverage for the cranes. This will prevent the crane to overturn when it is doing the operation.
Q:in crane hook which material is used?
My guess would be an alloyed medium carbon steel. But I dont specifically know.
Q:what is the 1000 paper crane legend and is it true?
it would be better if you tried it. :P Ive never heard the story but this is actually wishing magick. so I would vote true on it, but i think there are better wishing methods that won't require that much time and won't kill trees. Blessings, Shadow
Q:What are the Decemberists Crane Wife songs about? See details....?
It's a story about a peasant living in, I assume, rural Japan, it being a Japanese folk tale. He finds a wounded crane on the road as he's walking one night. It has an arrow in its wing, and he pulls out the arrow and revives the crane. A couple of days later this mysterious woman shows up at his door and he brings her in. Eventually, they fall in love and are married. Although they're poor-- she's a seamstress, a weaver-- she suggests that she can make this cloth that he could sell and make money. But the one condition is that when she's weaving he can't look into the room at her weaving. This goes on for awhile, until eventually the peasant's curiosity gets the best of him and he looks in. It turns out that the woman is a crane, and she's pulling feathers from her wings and putting them into the cloth, which is what makes it so beautiful and soft. Apparently, having looked in at her breaks the spell and she turns permanently back into a crane and flies away.
Q:Reaction to Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes?
Sniff Sniff. 'tears rolling down my cheaks.
Q:Should i buy a glidecam or a crane/jib?
It depends on the shots you want to get. The $370 HD-1000 Glidecam handheld stabilizer works fine for short sequences when walking or even running. But for the most part, if the camera is going to stay in one place, then a tripod is better. Back to the Glidecam handheld stabilizer... it is small and once set up (counter weights) you can leave it as-is and easily/quickly mount/dismount the camera as needed. Generally, it will be used at eye level so the camera's LCD panel can be used for framing shots. The Advanced Digital Crane stand ($60) and Crane ($150) will take a while to set up assuming it is taken apart after each work-day. It is fairly large and can get to heights the handheld Glidecam cannot get to. When the camera is mounted to the crane stage, you will not be able to see what the camera sees very well, assuming you are at the side of the crane where the counterweights are. You will want to use a monitor. I use a Sony portable DVD player with AV-out connected to the camcorder's AV-out. The rechargeable battery life on the portable DVD player is quite long when the DVD motor/player mechanism is not used. An RCA-ended extension cable will be needed. (for what it is worth, I have a Kessler 8 foot crane and use their heavy-duty tripod with their Hercules head). My cameras have a LANC port (I don't think the HV40 does). This allows start/stop recording, focus and zoom control from when I am standing back at the counterweights. Since the HV40's wireless remote sensor is at the front of the camcorder, controlling the camcorder with the wireless remote behind the camera is challenging. So... which would I recommend? It is relatively easy to get eye-level type shots (just use a tripod). Even with motion/movement, use of a wagon/dolly/chair/back-end of a truck/etc... is fairly simple. But getting the high level extended crane shots... that makes things interesting because it is a perspective most people don't see every day...
Q:lifting a machine with two crane and a beam?
You left out crucial information and working it out with risky assumptions takes too much work. Whatever this was supposed to mean Machin connect to beam in 3 point What is missing is whether the cranes connect to the end and the entire weight of the machine is in the middle - or is the machine attached at 3 distributed points. In addition, there has to be some condition - looking at the ASTM spec will give strength, but you have specified whether the beam is to be just at failure or 50% safety factor, etc.
Q:Notice of tower crane
Please refer to the technical regulations for the safety of installation, disassembly and use of tower cranes in construction; The following is copy:3 installation of tower cranes3.1 conditions for installation of tower cranes3.1.1 tower crane installation unit must have the construction administrative departments issued the contracted professional qualification and heavy equipment installation engineering construction enterprises safety production license. Tower crane installation units must be engaged in the installation of tower cranes within the scope of qualification permit. In addition to the professional and technical personnel who have the qualification standard, the installation units of 3.1.2 tower cranes shall also have professional personnel who are in line with the project. The person in charge of the project, the project manager and the full-time safety management personnel shall have the certificate of safety production inspection. Tower cranes, installers, electricians, drivers, signal engineers, cable operators should have special construction operation qualification certificates.3.1.3 construction units shall sign professional contract for installation engineering with the installation units, and make clear the responsibility of both sides for safety in production. In case of general contracting of construction, it shall be signed by the general contractor and the installation unit.
Q:what can lead tower crane to blank out?
(1) tower crane has crack; (2)Brake block friction lining wear up to 50% ofRaw material thickness ; (3)Brake wheel surface wear reaches 5mm ~ 2mm (4)Spring has plastic deformation; (5)Lever system, air travelis more than about 10% of its rated trip
Q:Crane vessel transport?
Very large capacity crane vessels have propulsion machinery for manoeuvring when on station. The most modern designs of semi-submersible vessel use them to achieve 'dynamic positioning'. Older designs used the propulsion systems to assist when deploying the anchors in the correct pattern. The vessels are towed by tugs when making deep sea passages. First generation crane vessels had much smaller lifting capacities and were either constructed on conventional hulls or were converted from existing ships. These types were capable of making ocean passages using their own propelling machinery.
