Product Description:

1.    The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.
4. It adopts standard sections (for models of over 12t) of piece assembly structure, split structure stock, and assembled platform, which meet the transport requirements for standard container.
5. The extra-long boom is designed with a rope-supporting trolley, and the speed of which is 1/2 of that of the luffing trolley, which can achieve the most optimum rope-supporting effect. The structure has applied for national patent.
6. The lifting mechanism adopts speed regulation by frequency control or by eddy current brake series resistance, featuring good lifting performance; The slewing system adopts frequency control by torque electric motor or by coil winding type electric motor with hydraulic coupler, featuring smooth operation and small slewing impact.
7. All kinds of safety devices are reliable and easy to adjust; both the safety monitoring control system and traditional safety system are available, the double system ensures safety operation of the tower crane; the hydraulic system adopts low/medium pressure design, featuring higher safety and reliability.

Q:how can we make a troubleshooting for tower crane control panel?
Generally tower cranes have their electrical panels at the ground floor. Troubleshooting in the tower crane is not different to any other electrical system. First check the power circuit healthiness--switches,fuses,contactors and then go for control circuit. The cranes have few additional interlocks for excessive forward movement, extra long travel etc. Just go through the drawing and u will get the problem solved
Q:I'm afraid of crane flies?
I'm glad i'm not the only one scared of crane flies! They're huge and when you crush them eggs or poop come out. ;A;
Q:Explain how the idea of a counterweight used in cranes or in stand up basketball hoops relates to the concept of torque and equilibrium?
Sure. Let's say that a crane needs to hoist a load of 10 tons, and that because it needs to reach over some obstacles, needs to lift at a horizontal distance of 50 feet away. That creates a torque about the base of the crane of 500 ton·ft. By positioning a counterweight on the opposite side of the tower, the magnitude of the moment can be mitigated. For instance, let's say a counterweight of 10 tons is positioned at 25 ft on the other side of the tower. The moment produced by the counterweight is 250 ton·ft, so the net moment at the base is 250 ton·ft. Furthermore, when the 10 ton load is positioned and release, there is still a 250 ton·ft moment at the base of the tower; it has simply switched direction (say from rotating the crane to the right, to rotating it to the left). If you find this helpful, please award Best Answer!
Q:what can lead tower crane to blank out?
(1) tower crane has crack; (2)Brake block friction lining wear up to 50% ofRaw material thickness ; (3)Brake wheel surface wear reaches 5mm ~ 2mm (4)Spring has plastic deformation; (5)Lever system, air travelis more than about 10% of its rated trip
Q:How can you make a camera look up, down, left, right, etc on a crane?
On a real camera crane you would press the up and down button that moves the wrist part of it. ( I drove a forklift). If you are doing to yourself you'll have to rely on the elbow movements. I might think about renting a Genie lift. And letting someone be your hands in the thing. Unless you know how to build a fully articulating hydraulic ball-joint?
Q:1000 paper cranes a myth?
Yes, it is true. My sister-in-law folded 1000 golden cranes (with some help), when she married my brother. They had them mounted in the shape of a crane and framed. It was beautiful.
Q:Are there crane flies in Lyon, France?
Possibly, these creatures seem to be found all over the world. But why worry about them, they are harmless and don't bite humans - in fact they don't bite anything.
Q:Any1 know how 2 make a crane? oragami?
That is a page that shows you step by step how to fold an origami crane. It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
Q:Aggressive Sand Cranes?
Sounds like the aggressive is the Dominate male of the herd. I know you like to feed them but that's what started the problem. He is being Dom so he can get more food and be the first to eat. Once they figure out you're not going to feed them they will go back to behaving normal. These are cool to look at, even though they can get loud sometimes. Have you ever seen tourist feed sea-gulls at the beach. Locals don't do it. Sea Gulls will get as aggresive as the Sand Cranes and actually dive bomb people. Imagine what a Sand Crane can do being what 10 times the size
Q:How to fix the cable on the tower of QTZ125 type tower crane?
segments can be fixed after solving this problem, usually with plastic copper (with insulating layer) and insulator is fixed on the tower body section,
