Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

- Q:I cant find a straight answer to this, apparently everybody has a different opinion so I'll try asking on here. Incline dumbbell press, is it necessary to bring the weights together at the top of the press or can you just go straight up and down with the weights as if you were using a barbell
- bring them together but do not click them together because when you bring them close without touching you are showing that you have controll over the weights and it makes you utilize the muscles in your shoulders.

- Are you serious? getting press passes is the best you get the best seats in the house fo freee. there is nthing to worry about i once went to the austrlain open pree seats snd tehy were the best and no one asked a question and we didnt even have the passes we just sneaked in. so you'll definetly be safe. nithign to worry about or ifyou do you can always give the tickets to me you know

- Q:I always buy cold pressed paper, and have to stretch it, but every time i do, it still turns out wrinkled. I wet it then tape it to my board and let it dry but Im not sure what i am doing wrong

- Q:I really really want to increase my bench press. During school last year I did 135 lbs. I wanted to do better this year and do better next so I went to the gym and started lifting weights. I barely did bench press because I did not have a spotter. So instead I used dumbbells like depending on the day and workouts I do it rangers from 25-35 lbs. And I also chest press 110 lbs 10x and I do 3 sets. Today. I did 200 reps in curling ( did pyramids 2x starting at 50 lbs ) and incomplete it 2 with 5 reps per weight So when I tried to bench I couldn't bench at all. Is it cuz of this?? I did a bunch of triceps and chest exercises before this.
- The cuz of it is overtraining: 200 reps for one thing. Overtraining puts you at high risk of injury.
- Q:Does anyone know how much a beginner bench presses?And does anyone know and ways to tell when you need to move up on weight with your bench pressing?

- Q:I wanted to try flower pressing for an art project and after pressing for two weeks, most of them turned out great. Some of the thicker, bigger flowers are still damp though so I was wondering if there's a quick way to dry them out?
- press the plant between newspaper and cardboard keep in warm to hot area with lots of air movement the thicker succulent type plants just take awhile, but opening them on occassion to allow excess moisture to evaporate can help.

- stop benching all together for a month. focus on building your back and shoulder strength. then come back to the bench and hit it only 1-2 times a week. that worked great for me when I was in high school and I plateaud

- You can't press roses because they crumble. You can dry them out and thats it. You can press posies, asters, and carnation petals but not roses. You can press leaves, pine needles and seed but not roses. Now forget about pressing those roses and go do the dishes.
