Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve

The body of ball valve is full welded, selects high quality forged material, and adopts the advanced forged forming technology to form two semi-spheres which are welded into a whole in the middle of the body. This welding technology differentiates the ball valve form others, and makes the valve more spherically,so the valve structure is more compacter, lighter and stronger.Besides, the middle direct welding realize highly accurate valve body manufacturing, makes fully and completely sealing between the seat and ball. The full welding instead of bolts completely avoids the outside leakage,so ball valve is the ideal product for under-ground,offshore working platform and under-sea equipments.

Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball

The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion, and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements. When plate adopted, the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium, but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve. The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium. This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves, and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used, and the cost is cut down.

ball valve seat is floating structure, means the seat can move along the medium direction,so that the seat can fit against the ball all the time.
Double piston effect structure seat of full welded forged steel ball valve
Seat design is special double pistons effect structure,it can ensure the seal wherever the medium flows into the ball valve.

Seat multistage seal strucute of full welded forged steel ball valve
As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring, set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded, which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat; When there is pressure generated from medium, the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference, thus the second seal forms. When the medium pressure is rising. It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.

Secondary seat seal device of full welded forged steel ball valve
As the above graphic instruction, the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition, medium requirement, seal requirement, etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve, installed on the body, which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force. When secondary seal is required, there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring. The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball, and then stop the leakage.

Q:I was told Wed. that I need to have my aortic valve replaced. I was wondering if anyone could share their experience with this surgery good or bad. I am meeting with the surgeon on the 26th, and am very nervous. Any tips and or suggestions appreciated. I'm a 39 year old female. Thanks in advance
if you have a tissue valve you will not need to be on coumadin the blood thinner but will need to have surgery repeated later on in life. if you have a mechanical valve placed then you will need to be on coumadin and typically it takes about a week to get your blood theraputic, then you will need to probably need to have you blood drawn weekly a few times immediately after. then it tapers down to once a month checks generally. goofd luck to you.
Q:what are the symptoms of bad egr valve??? My car is shaking on idle.. Tune up with all has already been done.
Have the vehicle's computer tested for free at VIP Auto,AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts and see what trouble codes it shows while check engine light is on.
Q:How much would it cost to get a new valve cover gasket on a 1993 Nissan Quest van?? I know of a van for sale, but they said it might need a gasket soon. How much plus labor, average, do you think it'll cost? Thanks!!
The valve cover gasket (parts and labor) is about $100 - $200 for the left side and $300 - $400 for the right hand side, but be sure you didn't misunderstand and the failing gasket is actually a head gasket. Those are a big deal: $1500 - $2000.
Q:Hi i have a 00 bmw 320d and am trying to find out information on puting a dump valve in, is it possible?, what type of dump valve? and how hard it would be to put in?? any help would be much appreciated.....Thanks!!

Q:So I tried to go skydiving last weekend and they told me know because I have mitral valve prolapse. I've had it for years and it's never really been a problem for me, I just have chest pains sometimes and feel palpitations. What would be the danger of not telling the skydiving place about my problem the next time I go in? I know I should tell them, but I want to skydive. What could happen to me if I jump? No lectures about what's right and wrong here please. I just want to know what's the worse that could happen?
There are many people with mitral valve prolapse that never have symptoms related to it and never have any problems as a result. Mitral valve prolapse can lead to the backflow of blood through the mitral valve known as mitral regurgitation. This can potentially lead to abnormal heart rhythms, such as atrial fibrillation. The concern with skydiving is that it would lead to a surge of adrenaline resulting in increased heart rate, strength of heart contractions and overall workload of the heart. If you have MVP without regurgitation, then your risk would be similar to the general population. If you have regurgitation it depends on the severity the regurgitation. If you have mild regurgitation, then it also should not be a problem. If you have severe regurgitation, then you could run into problems from the increased workload of the heart. In this case, I would suggest you discuss it with your Cardiologist. It is unlikely that you have atrial fibrillation. If you by chance do, then it depends on how well your heart rate is controlled. If there is any doubt, then ask your Cardiologist. Good luck.
Q:school starts tomorrow that means having band and i havent played it in 2 months (summer vacation) and i oiled the valves and the 1 and 2 valves are stuck the 1st valve comes up slowly when i push it down but on the 2nd valve it stays down how do i undo this???? thank you
Remove the valves 1 at a time. Remove the bottom cap to the valve. Swab out the valve chamber With a lightly oiled soft cloth. Put oil on the valve and replace being careful to not cross thread the caps. Don't leave out the spring. Do the next valve the same way.
Q:I have a suzuki bandit 1200 (2001) and I think it needs a valve adjustment. The engine is tapping at idle and while riding but I cant stop riding long enough to get it fixed. All the shops I checked with are booked for a week. Will I make the engine worst by riding it like this?
I have an 83 gs and have cam end play at idle.If you dont push it hard it will be fine.I would rather hear the valves than not.Too tight and it will not idle and also be hard to start.Loose is better in this case.As long as it had the first valve adjument yo should be ok.Look at your manual or call the dealer to see what the valve clearance adjustment intervals are.
Q:i just replaced the head gaskets on my 1991 Acura Legend and When i put the timing belt on somehow it slipped and came loose I than tried to start it(not knowing it came loose) and it cranked hard and strong but no start. I just retimed the engine and put new timing belt set on it and when i started it the car blows grayish blackish smoke from the exhaust and has a really crazy idle. Could the valves be bent
Yea bent valves could do that. Do a compression test.
Q:When and why do you need to get a valve job? My car has 85k miles on it. What is the difference between a valve-job and valve-adjustment? what would the increase in power be on mine? 3800 series 2 engine, assuming it is just a little old, no major problems. 5-10hp?
MOST modern engines have hydraulic lifters, which pretty much eliminates the need to have any periodic valve adjustments. You can take stock heads to a shop and put two grand into them and make better flow and bigger valves and more power, or actually buy a set of performance heads for less and make more power. the only time your valves would need to be set is when putting together a new engine, or taking apart the one you have and replacing say a head gasket or something. (in which case you would have a shop go through the heads and make sure they are up to factory specs. If your engine is running fine, and you have kept the oil clean and the motor in good tune, follow the recommended maintenance intervals in your owners manual. a valve adjustment is not going to give you horsepower.
Q:what are the best aorta heart valves. mech. or animal.
It really depends on the age of the recipient. Mechanical valves last much longer but require blood thinner treatment for life to prevent strokes which has risks and is a pain and most would like to not take blood thinngers. Biological made from pig and cows and cadavers mean people can go back to their lives with no blood thinners. But, they wear out and last depeding around 10-15 years. Most do not want another open heart surgery. It is a conversation between the surgeon, cardiologist, patient and family. A young person, the no-brainer is mechanical if they can maintain blood thinner compliance. An older person would want a tissue valve with less chance of outlving it and requiring another openheart surgery. And perhaps at an age where the surgery wouldnt be done. So the best choice is based on age and what the patient wants. Arnold Schwarnegger chose a tissue valve even though it will wear out before he dies statistically and require a replacement but he didnt want to be on blood thinners. Putting a tissue valve in a 20 year old, then replacing it at 35 with another, then again at 50 and then at 65. Doesnt make sense and the scar tissue from it all. If that doesnt make sense A mechanical valve in an 80 year old and then the risk of a blood thinner and bleeding issues doesnt make sense either. Hope that makes sense
