—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Using the 8x8 and figuring they are whole tile, there are 2.25 pcs of 8x8 in a s/f. 56 pcs divided by 2.25 is 24.88 s/f There are 1.17 s/f per 13x13 tile. 24.88 divided by 1.17 s/f is 21.36 pcs of 13x13 or a bare minimum or 22 pcs. - I assume your not talking about using indoor tiles in your driveway. But if you are, it be a big mess. Don't do it. There are all kinds of styles of outdoor tiles and/or stones that are made to stand up not only the weight of cars, but the elements as well. I understand not wanting to pay for labor, but at least invest in some professional advice. Ask at the place you get your tiles/stones and sand who to talk to. Maybe having a professional doing some of the harder task involved will save cost of repairs later. Sounds like a nice idea though. I love a bricked driveway myself.
- Q:Over time the tiles in my apartment bathtub have turned yellow. It‘s not all of the tiles, just a few in the back/corner. I undoubtedly have hard water but I can‘t figure out why a few of these tiles are yellow. As far as I can tell, these are cheap plastic tiles (white). I have tried comet (with bleach), full strength bleach, vinegar/water solution, vinegar/baking soda, baking soda by itself, mr. clean magic eraser, and full strength CLR to no avail. The only thing that worked at all was using comet and scouring the tiles with steel wool. Although it scratched the surface, the actual scratch part wasn‘t noticeable. But there has to be an easier way than breaking my arm to get one tile cleaned. Any suggestions? If anyone wants I can email them a picture of the tiles.

- Q:Hi Folks,Currently I have a bath tub with a vinyl shower surround. I‘m considering removing the shower surround and replacing it with tile.I‘m just wondering how big of a job this is? I‘ve never tiled before but consider myself handy and have done plenty around the house.Of note, I don‘t believe proper backboard is underneath the surround so I‘d have to put that up also. I‘ve put drywall up in the past so I think that part should be ok.So...is this a do it yourself job? Or is this something that needs to be hired out for. Seems like it should be simple, but maybe I‘m missing something and it gets complicated or difficult to make come out nice?Also, how long should this take if I did it myself (days and hours per day) and how long before I can start using the shower again.Thanks!
- As long as you don't remove the shower pan, you should be okay. Don't assume that the corner of your wall is plumb. Do a dry fit at the bottom to see that you don't have tiny slivers of tile to cut in the corners. You want to tile from the bottom up and the outside in. That way, any cut tiles are on the inside corners. Be absolutely certain that you start out plumb and square, or the job will always look lop-sided. Lowe's and Home Depot offer classes on how to lay tile, it might be a good idea to attend one so you'll know exactly what you're doing.

- Porcelain or ceramic tiles work great in a kitchen. You're better going to your local flooring contractor than big box stores- you'll save on installation too. Just do an internet search for tile installation in your area. If you get tile for your kitchen, make sure you get the grout lines sealed, or you will end up with gray/black grout, and it's not something that can always be fixed without replacing the grout. It may cost a bit extra, but you will regret not doing it!

- Q:ive never tiled anything before. i was thinking of replacing our old tiles around the fireplace and puttnig in slate ones. i am wondering if its a bigger project than it seems. will i have to remove the mantle to do it. is it harder to tile something on the wall or fireplace than the floor? should i just seek a professional or is it easy?thanks
- I don't know about horrible but certainly impractical; unless the fireplace is merely decorative; or an electric one. TILE is usually fired at approx. 2000 degrees; essentially creating glass. It's highly unlikely you'd ever have a fireplace fire get that hot...Hopefully. The issue is more that constant stress on the tile in heating and cooling; and the effect on any mortar you choose. Beyond that is the issue of the tile being hidden most often; and the need to clean it often to be able to view it when no fire is present. Fireplaces are crafted using Brick, that allows no such effects from temp variations, and offers some level of insulation against the heat produced within the confines of the fireplace. Certainly you might consider tiling a hearth; or creating a hearth that you can tile; but it seems a bit defeating to tile into a fireplace. Tile; especially floor type; are created through different heat ranges and substances; to be graded in durability. Assume something like A being the least durable, and D being the most durable. That equates to normal traffic and wear. I'll assume someone will tell you; Sure; there are heat resistant tiles and mortars but I'll go back to my notion of the aesthetics and ask why bother?
