FAQ

1.    For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?

—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.

2.    What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3.    Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

Q:Do you think that it will be dangerous to my children if I put tile throughout my whole home... Falls etc. Thanks for the advice for those who have experience with this! :)
I had tile in a mudroom and foyer and kitchen in couple homes last of which I had my babies grow in. They never once fell on it and they lived from ages newborn and up to 6 yrs. There is also a No Run in house policy for us too. They learned to be careful naturally I guess. I do whatever I want and children adapt just fine. The only problem was if ever glass fell and shattered which luckily never happened. I am again trying to decide on a current house on what to do in Kitchen - and leaning toward tile again. Some tiles aren't slipperly at all because they are almost gritty with a non slip surface.
Q:can you tile an old brick fireplacegt;?would it look stupid?
To do that it is a bit more complicated than it sounds. You would need to make the brick surface smooth, no crevaces. It's expensive time consuming. Consider resurfacing the fireplace
Q:i have an area of tile covering one corner of my bedroom in my rented flat - will wallpaper stick to it?
Instead okorder /... Behind the tv is fabric wrapped plywood with an added wood frame.
Q:Can you put linoleum over tile?
You really can't put a vinyl floor on top of a tile floor properly without doing some prep work which will ruin the tile. There are some products however that you can use that won't harm the tile like laminate, which doesn't require adhesives or floor prep. Or if you're dead set on vinyl, Tarkett has a new product out called FiberFloor which doesn't require adhesive but you may still see the grout lines from the tile come through from underneath. However, if you have permission from your landlord to renovate the floor (I made such an arrangement with my landlord in exchange for rent), then you can get a floor leveler like Ardex and put it over the tile to give yourself a new smooth surface and from there, you can do anything you want. Although I would highly recommend removing the tile.
Q:Qingdao where there are Bode tiles monopoly
I heard that in the Laoshan District Gaoke Park on the 1st floor of a decorative city, the store looked at the size of the big, inside the decoration of the grade is also very high. Look at how to compare.
Q:Tiles 1 open 2 What does it mean ah?
Is the brick symmetrical cut into two, generally on the wall effect is very good
Q:how do i do the measuring and lay out on a 10 foot by 6 foot floor when laying the tiles diagonally?
Find the largest open square in your floor. Strike a cross from corner to corner of this square to get a center point. You can lay out some tiles based on this center point to see how it ends up running toward the door opening (also a significant sight line) and the walls. You don't want slivers of tile cuts at the walls or door opening so you want to manage the center point around these areas. Allowing for larger grout joints can help you with this issue as well though larger grout joints just make for more sanitary issues in a bath floor.
Q:I have a tile floor in a basement bathroom. These are small 2 inch tiles and I would like larger 8 by 8 inch tiles on the floor. Do I need to remove the old tile or can the new tile be laid right over the old tile? The subloor is concrete slab.
I work for a tile and stone setting materials manufacturer, and one application we love to see if tile over tile, especially over concrete slab. Here's what you need to do: - First, inspect the original tile and grout joints for cracking, loose tiles, oil/grease spots and efflorescence (salts from original grout or thinset that have migrated to the surface at the grout joint). Each sympton can be repaired, if necessary, but will involve some work. - When the surface is prepped and ready, use a polymer-modified thinset. This is a must; the best guarantee of preventing future bonding issues. This thinset is easily identified by its price-- it's most expensive. But it saves you labor and provides peace of mind. - Grout: the vast majority of tile complaints center on the grout application. The best solution is to use an epoxy grout, available at your local Lowes (not in Home Depot). Epoxy grouts are 100% solids, have better flexibility (preventing future cracking), are guaranteed color-consistent and are nearly stain-proof. - Use a 100% silicone caulk for all expansion and control joints (if applicable). Each of the products I've listed are available with a Microban anti-microbial agent, which prevents mold... a must-have if this is a basement, kitchen or bath application. The big three setting-materials manufacturers (I work for one of them) are: - Laticrete - Mapei - Custom Visit these companies' websites for on-line Technical Service and technical data sheets. Our company provides a 100% residential systems warranty when using the specified products. Good luck!
Q:My house decoration, the decoration division to pay in the cut tiles, the whole piece of tiles cut on both sides, the rest of the total when the waste thrown. He said it was not straight. Do not you know that you have encountered such a situation? Did he make sense? Is there any way to prove that his operation is in question? Thank you al
If you use the brick position without too much corner or triangular position, the basic loss is not great. If you have already paved, I suggest you, according to their own brick position, probably calculate the area and the number of brick, and then click on the actual number of good brick, calculate the loss rate, and master theory. If you do not shop, you can communicate with the master, do not straight, is the quality of brick problems, if it is material problems, looking for businesses to see,
Q:1 package tiles can paste the number of square brick
The amount of tiles used, there are two main factors: First, the roughness of the base surface, the second is the use of smear tools. The more flat surface, the use of the less. Toothed scraper is the best tool for the construction of ceramic tile, the smaller the mouth, the smaller the amount. In the relatively flat base, De Gao's technical engineers measured, 6mm wide and 6mm deep tooth-shaped scraper dosage of about 3.5kg / ㎡, 10mm wide and 10mm deep tooth-shaped scraper dosage of about 5kg / ㎡, 12mm wide 12mm deep tooth scraper dosage is about 7kg / ㎡. To Tak Tak tiles common 20Kg package count, you can paste 3 to 7 square meters. Should pay attention to the big mouth is to paste a large tile, heavy brick, ordinary home decoration, with a small mouth of the scraper on it.
