Operations Conditions
1. The medium temperature should not be over 60oC, the density 1200Kg/m3, and the pH value within 5-9.
2. During running, the pump must not be lower than the permitted lowest liquid level.
3. Rated voltage 380 V, rated frequency 50 Hz. The motor can run successfully, only under the condition the deviations of both rated voltage and frequency are not over ± 5%.
4. The maximum diameter of the solid grain going through the pump has not to be larger than 50% of that of the pump outlet.

- Q:for the water pump in MY car that he has been using for his job!! He has threatned that the water pump cost $400 - 500 dollars but I didn't hear abut that when it was done!!! We are breaking up and it is My car but he says that he is taking te water pump out! Can he do that??? We also ave a daughte but I will ask about that later!! TRUST ME!!! - I don't know so much about legal issues, but 4-500 dollars for a water pump sounds about right. The pump costs about 80 but you have to take out the engine to get it. Usually when they replace the water pump they'll replace the timing belt, too, which again adds to the cost. If he takes the pump out, it means the engine will be out, too. Engines are really heavy, so I doubt that he could do it on his own. If he has a mechanic do it, the car will be stuck at the mechanic's until you get a replacement part, and he still has to pay $300 in labor just to get the thing out of there. It is pretty much, then, an idle threat. He could however, do quite a lot of damage to your car with a hammer. However, that would be vandalism and he would go to jail for it. If he has already paid for the repair, he can't really sue you. He can, but the judge should look at it as a gift, which he can't get back.
- Q:I have a 1999 Volkswagen Passat and the water pump seems to be leaking. The lower radiator hose has been replaced but it still leaks a fairly substantial amount. From what I can tell the pump is still doing its job but I'm losing coolant. Is there a way I can determine if i just need a new gasket or a new pump altogether without ripping the front end off? It has the three.3 V6, extremely straight forward to do oil transformations spark plugs air filter out it really is a o.k. equipped vehicle. replacing the timing belt will be a really stupid theory - that guy is commonplace with no longer some thing about vehicles in any respect. see you later as you stay remote from both.7 litre engine you'd be superb. Mine is now at 165000 miles unique engine/trans I in simple terms replaced the front wheel bearings and struts. Totalling 275.00 - I put in. Then 40.00 for the alignment.

- If it goes on and off rapidly, the tank has no air. If it is a bladder type tank, the tank/bladder is shot. Do not let it continue to flip on and off as this will ruin the pump. Shut it off until you get a new tank.

- If you have electric fans to cool the radiator down you can turn on the airconditioning or the defrost which will make the fans run continuously keeping the water cooler for a longer period of time

- Anytime you replace your water pump. You should replace the thermostat and gasket. Also check the upper and lower radiator hoses to see if either one of them are collapsed.It wouldn't hurt to replace the radiator cap.

- Q:Hi all, I went on vacation and forgot to turn my water heaters to vacation! When I returned the water was cold coming through the faucet. After some investigation I realised the water heater pump had tripped the trip switch on the main electric panel. I reset it and thought all would be fine. Now it is OK for a day or two and then it trips the electric panel again. Any Ideas on what is the matter and how I might fix it? The water heaters themselves are fine and are burning all OK. - It does sound, by coincidence, that your elements, or one of them, are going out. Have an electrician check them out. How many do you have? One heater, two elements. How old is the heater, if over ten years, get a new one. A lot cheaper then replacing the elements. Go to Home Depot and have them do the whole job.
- Q:when i drove my truck after about 15 minutes i was parked and let my truck idle afetr about a minute of idling my truck stalled and when i turned it back of it was squeeking and made some noises for about ten seconds and then stopped. I noticed that the pully on my fan coming from the water pump was wobbling. my tempuratue was still normal what could cause this i am suspecting taht the bearings in my water pump went?
- After the pully starts to wobble the next thing is the fan comes off and tears up the radiator. If you are going to do it yourself you can rent the tool to remove the fan at Auto Zone or Advance and remember it has left hand threads. Its best to remove the fan before the belt, it will hold the pulley while you smack the wrench with a hammer to break the fan loose. You don't have to but I always recommend new by pass, tiop and bottom radiator hose ans a new thermostat. You'll find that if you unbolt and lay aside the a/c compressor and alternator and breather it is not a hard job.

- 1st off, without proper diagnostics you cannot get a proper repair...with that being said... 2nd, I would definately say you have a water pump problem, but all is not lost. Keep 2-3 gallons of water in the back and you'll be fine, 3rd, take it to a repair shop that has the experience necessary to repair your problem. the 3.0 v6's are not easy to work on. To replace the water pump you almost need to take the engine out( at least that would be easier) along with the r/f tire. Best way is to put the vehicle on a lift. My advice...take to a shop.
