Q:how long would it take to make a thousand paper cranes?
It all depends on how fast you can make one paper crane and how many hours you have available each day. If you made 15 an hour for 10 hours each day (150 cranes a day) for 7 days you would have 1050 cranes. You will probably find that you begin to go faster, the more cranes you make. However, after 2 or 3 days you will get sore hands and this will slow you down again. It's easier when you work as a team.
Q:Reason why some contruction cranes/wrecking ball cranes use tires.?
It really depends on the terrain or the platform where this crane will stand.. If it is in a muddy or sandy terrain, then they may opt to use a chain tire. Cranes, dont merely rely on the tires. Cranes use outriggers. These are the extending arm of the crane. This hydraulically operated mechanism goes out of the cranes body, extends and extablished itself at four corners and sits at the ground to provide leverage for the cranes. This will prevent the crane to overturn when it is doing the operation.
Q:what does a Crane do?
A crane is a mechanical lifting device equipped with a winder, wire ropes and sheaves that can be used both to lift and lower materials and to move them horizontally. It uses one or more simple machines to create mechanical advantage and thus move loads beyond the normal capability of a human. Cranes are commonly employed in the transport industry for the loading and unloading of freight; in the construction industry for the movement of materials; and in the manufacturing industry for the assembling of heavy equipment
Q:Another question about origami cranes...?
It okorder.com/ The animations on this site are good, showing what you have to do, without hands in the way.
Q:Spiderman 3: What the hell happened to the crane?
what is with the gay?? Do you have an obsession with men or something?? Are you sure your not the one who is gay? Since when is sensitivity a sign of being gay?? who taught you that? You should really have a talk with yourself about your sexuallity.
Q:What is the difference between lifting height of tower crane and independent height?
Of course there is a difference. Independent height refers to the highest height of tower crane in its free state. Lifting height refers to the height of actual tower crane design.
Q:Tips for the crane machine... D:?
make sure you find something that isn't trapped by anything else in the pit.. line up the crane one the front, then move over to the side and line it up... these machines used to be a lot easier 20 years ago, but now the arm doesn't apply much pressure.. it has to be lined up just right or you will never get anything...
Q:Can anyone summarize this article for me its about Manslaughter Charges Expected in Crane Collapse?
Manslaughter charges come about when it involves death, caused by negligence on someone's part - either the operator, the owner of the crane, the contract, etc.
Q:What are the differences between the tower crane and the lift?
Tower crane is a machine which transports construction materials within the construction site based on its radial range. Usually the radius of tower crane is around 50m to 60m. Capacity ranges from 3 to 6 tons Lift is only used for vertical transport of materials or people in certain building or construction site. Capacity ranges from 2 to 4 tons.
Q:Neck-craning & neck-straining?
'Neck-craning' in this context I think means to crane your neck around to see all angles of the presumably beautiful styling. Neck-Straining in this context I imagine refers to the G-Force experienced from acceleration provided by the high-performance sports-car.
